Yes! Fantastic service! I found him very accommodating, he even asked if I had any other small engines that needed work as there was still time on the clock (the minimum for a service call).

I had a problem with a portable generator, and after talking to another service provider, I contacted Brian. He got back to me almost immediately, and we discussed whether it would be cost effective to try to repair it. It's only a few years old, so I had Brian came out.

He spent an hour taking things apart and diagnosing, and he figured out what was wrong. It works great now.

He communicated his progress very well, he cleaned up, and his fee was reasonable.

What else could anyone want? Don't hesitate to call Brian at On the Road!

I called for an estimate to fix an Onan generator in my RV. I accepted the estimate and Brian came out to fix it. Seeing that he could do it much faster with a certain lift, he came back the next day with the lift in order to save time. Oh my gosh did he save time! The estimate was for four hours and he did it in two! He saved time and cut my cost in half! I was very appriciative of his honesty and speedy repair of the generator. He obviously has tremendous knowlege about engines and how they work. He is also a very nice guy and I will surely call him again for any small engine repair.

Brian just helped me install my new generator in my camper down in Monterey. He showed up in time, with a complete workshop in his trailer, and following his guidance, the generator was in and running fine in two hours. Brian's rate for two hours of his time- $150- with no charge for his travel time was an added bonus.
Thumbs up for him and I will recommend him to all.

Its hard to find a reliable person during times like this, most companies are closed and you really want someone you can trust. On the Go is a lifesaver, extremely skillful and so friendly- I dont need to call anyone else for repairs.

Called Brian to fix an inherited generator. He responded right away. His wife was going into labor but he still tried to help me by suggesting steps I could attempt to start the motor. Even sent me a YouTube link to look at. He gets no compensation for helping me get it fixed on my own. In the end, I needed his help to change out the carburetor. He performed the repairs at a very fair price. I stated I didn't want to spend too much on an older generator. Brian is just a really nice guy, very accommodating and easy to work with. You can't ask for more in a service business. Highly recommend!
