On Time Limousine

I have been using On Time Limousine for more than ten years, and I have never been disappointed. They are always punctual and communicate well about timing, etc. In this era of ride-sharing apps, On Time Limousine is a car service that you can really count on to get you where you need to be. You don't use On Time Limo because it's the cheapest option (it's not) but you use them because they will reliably show up and get you to your destination on time.

We hired a town car for my daughter's prom. James and the staff at On Time were so friendly, funny, accommodating, and professional that I nearly wanted to attend prom myself! The driver, Mr. Dean was exemplary and maintained amazing communication; everyone had a fantastic time. I truly appreciate On Time as they made the night extra special.

I called at the last minute to arrange car service for my daughter and a friend who were attending a concert at the Oakland Arena. James was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! They were dropped and picked up in a perfect spot! It was safe and reliable. I am grateful to have found On Time Limousine and will definitely us them again in the future! I would give more than 5 Stars if possible!!!!

James was such a pleasure to work with! Being from out of state it was such a relief to find fairly priced and extremely reliable limousine service for my daughter's wedding. James was always quick to respond and his flexibility on changes that I had to make last minute really saved my sanity. Our drivers were super professional and accommodating. I couldn't have found a better limo service. Thank you so much for helping make our special day and night even more special.

Believe the bad reviews!
Called and confirmed reservation and was told to email addresses, which we did. Gave phone number to contact.
When they didn't show up we called and were told we didn't respond to email so they didn't send car. The email gave pricing which isn't what we were told, and stated "if this is acceptable, I'll forward an online invoice..."
First off pricing wasn't what we we quoted and secondly when we called and spoke with owner and he was non apologetic and offered no solution other than we might be able to have one there in a half an hour. He stated they sent an email, but it was sent to an iPhone email address that isn't my primary email address and was never asked what email to contact, which is why I gave the phone number.
As the other poor rankings point out we ordered a limo for a special occasion and you are depending on them to be there and/or make it right, they don't. Worst it just seemed THEY DON'T CARE!

Have used On Time Limo more than a handful of times and have had a good experience every time. They are in fact on time, courteous and reliable. Making a reservation is extremely easy and they are friendly.

From SFO - SOMA one way it cost ~$55. Not cheap, but not too bad. If it's that or paying for parking for a week, it doesn't look relatively so bad.

If you use them to pick you up from the airport, they call you as soon as you land to check in with you about baggage and let you know the number to call once you get out to the curb. They wait in the cell phone waiting lot so they are no more than a few minutes away! They even usually provide you with water bottles for the ride.

I've got great friends and loving family... but an SFO Airport pickup at Midnight? Nah... I can't lay that on them. Who ya gonna call? OTL !!

Emailed On Time Limousine (OTL) from NYC the early morning the day I needed a midnight pickup... Got a response quickly from Tiffany and two iPhone emails later I'm confirmed & locked in.

I'm given the driver's name (Stephanie) and assured to receive a call on my mobile minutes after we land. Flight was delayed a bit and I shot off a msg. to Tiffany that we might be a little late. Coast to coast flight later, we land @ SFO and Stephanie texts us to meet her right outside baggage claim... 5 minutes later, we're on our weary/sleepy way home.

Ask anyone... normally I like a little chit-chat, but Stephanie knew instinctively to keep it simple and take us home. Crisp & clean town car, bottled water, tissue on hand in a spacious car, efficient website, quick communications, last minute accommodations, strong & silent Stephanie - I'll be looking to them again for our airport transfers, thanks for that!

Caution: They have some issues with the truthfulness of their website. They list the a flat rate fare to SFO for $74 on their website. Given that they're based in the east bay, one might think that's pretty close to the real price, but aha, there's of course an asterisk (*) indicating that one needs to call for a real quote. The real quote? 50% higher. So, I asked where the $74 fare actually applied, as I'm only a couple miles from the Bay Bridge. The person on the phone, said, "I don't have to tell you that." Ah ok...hmm...cough, cough.

For a company with such good reviews, one wouldn't expect sneaky pricing like this. Let's just be upfront and list your fares honestly.

Update: the business owner, who apparently answered my call, has decided to add a comment that I'm a fake reviewer and send me a nasty e-mail. After almost 120 reviews and 2 years of Elite status, I can assure him that I'm real and that this business has pretty bad customer service! There are a couple other reviews that have had "bait and switch" pricing en-route...yikes.
