Needed shuttle to pick up my family of 7 with all of our luggage, and get us to the airport on time...Shawn was early and ready for us. He got us on the return also with no problems yayyy!!! Will always use On time for my large party airport runs

Shawn drove me and 9 other family members to the airport and picked us up when we returned from vacation. His van is very clean and he was communicative, and on time!

Shawn was a life saver. I called him the night before to arrange a ride for the morning. He arrived early and was very polite and helpful. When we returned from our trip, he was waiting at the airport. I will definitely use him again.

Shawn !Aug 12, 2016Previous reviewWe had a change of plans and luckily found Shawn!!! He was able to fit us in to his schedule and pick us up from the airport. He arrived on time, packed all our luggage and drove us safely home! He was so nice and friendly and even helped us with the kiddos!! We will definitely be calling him again when we travel! He even said he does fun trips around San Diego like the gas lamp district.
Hands down a great service and a great experience!! Thank you Shawn!!

He showed up early to make sure we leave on time and even gave a courtesy call upon arrival. Currently at the airport waiting to fly but wanted to make sure we give a review.
This was our first time using an airport shuttle. Private/not shared shuttle. Great service. Punctual. Clean van. Very kind and a gentleman. It was just us girls and we felt very comfortable. Jay W.Suffolk, VA875Nov 25, 2018Shawn took great care of our family of 5 on our ride to and from the airport. Our departure flight was an early morning flight, with us leaving the house at 5:00am. He was here 15 mins early and got us there in perfect time.
Our return flight was a last minute scheduling on my part but he was more than willing to accommodate! You can't beat the price, ~80.00 from San Diego International to Eastlake/Chula Vista, transporting my family with all luggage.
On Time surpasses Uber and Lyft with the ability to schedule your ride well in advance of your trip, a functionality not offered by Uber or Lyft for larger vehicles.

I called On Time Shuttle and spoke with Shawn. He answered all of my questions and booked the reservation. He kept every promise he made. He sent the confirmation, called me an hour before arrival, texted me a description of the van and he arrived 15 minutes early.
His service was OUTSTANDING.
I would highly recommend this service. He was so friendly and such a gentlemen.
