The staff are very professional. I emailed on Thursday morning requesting a pick up for my 97 year old grandmother the next day. I received a confirmation right away. This was her first experience with a medical transportation service and she loved that they arrived early and waited patiently. They made the experience calming and my grandmother felt she was in good hands. At the end of her medical appointment, staff were again patiently waiting to load her and her wheelchair back into the vehicle for her return ride home. I look forward to using One Access Medical Transportation again for future medical appointments.

I had my best friend picked up for an appointment and they arrived way too early. Then when they dropped her off they took off like a bat out of hell. I can only imagined how they drove with her in the van. My friend is non verbal from multiple strokes. So be aware before using this company. Then they arrived late to pick her up also having to wait out in the hot sun.

I highly recommend One Access. They are extremely professional and. helpful. They were great with transporting me up to my apartment.

This service is the best out of ALL the wheelchair-gurney services I've used PERIOD!!!! They are ALWAYS on time or early to the pick ups and usually with will-calls on a longer appointment, they won't leave you hanging like some of the larger companies. And if you really want A-1 service, ask for Randy and Thomas, they are the best team I've ever had bar none!!!

Was able to schedule appt at nearly 5PM for a gurney ride the next day for my brother.

Facility he was taken to (an Imaging Center who shall not yet be named till this crisis has passed...grrrr) was ill-prepared for a GURNEY! No notice in advance. They were completely perplexed.

But for the care, patience, and help from William & Ray, I am convinced we'd still be waiting for care at the appt.

So capable & caring all aroung - scheduling, billing, but again most of all, the compassion from Ray & William.

I hope you never need this kind of service, but don't look further if you do. Waste of your time.

This is third medical transportation company that I am using. Compared with previous companies this is a blessing! They call you day before your scheduled ride to confirm it. Their dispatchers and drivers are professional and courteous! Drivers are wearing tee-shirts with company logo so you can recognize them when they come especially to pick you up after appointment. I have experienced for driver to wait for me more than once and I am seeing doctors average three times a week. Quite opposite to previous two!!! With one of them I have been screamed at by dispatcher for complaining to my insurance about company's lack of professionalism. Second one kept me waiting for pick up in average 45-60 minutes. More then once I had to wait for more than two hours to be picked up and I am in wheelchair which believe me is not very comfortable. At the end, this company is great and I am highly recommending them :-)!!!

Joy and Elijah helped transport my mom to her medical appointment yesterday. I would say that this was the most positive experience we ever had with many medical transports that we had in the past. Joy and Elijah were very helpful and kind. They were early which was wonderful. They made sure that she was secured and comfortable. They treated her like she was a family. I highly recommend their service. Thank you Joy and Elijah!

On the way back, we encountered Geraldine. She offered to take us back even though it was her lunch break, but Joy and Elijah were already on their way to pick us up on time. I was very impressed with Geraldine because she was willing to go above and beyond to help patient/client.

Once Access Medical Transportation is very lucky to have such wonderful and caring employees who would go above and beyond to provide excellent service for patients. We would request your company for sure for another ride when she is due for her appointment. We used One Access today for the first time to transport my wheelchair bound sister to a medical appointment. I cannot say enough good things about their service. They were on time for the pickup and were waiting for us when the appointment was over. Ace, our driver, and Dina, the transport assistant were so helpful and pleasant to be with. We will continue to use One Access in the future.

I'm temporarily in a wheelchair due to a hip injury. I also have serious lung problems. I've been getting wheelchair transport to various medical appointments. OneAccess is the best so far. They're totally on the ball in terms of responsiveness, equipment, convenience., and personnel. It makes a difference!

Randy and Nate are the epitome of taking care of who they transport. They made sure our mom was comfortable and took the time to ensure a quality ride. They even were very accommodating when an extra procedure needed to be done. Ask for Randy and Nate if you want your loved one to have the care you would give to your loved ones.
