Based on the previous review, I took in a few pairs of pants for alterations and repairs as well as some tops for dry cleaning. This dry cleaner is in a very convenient location for me and they are open all day on Saturday, until 6, I think.

There was no changing room to be found, but there appeared to be some remodeling going on, hopefully to remedy this problem.
I was asked to change behind a couple of racks of clothes in front of a mirror leaning against a chair. I was not deterred by these conditions, as good alterations are hard to come by and if this was the price to pay for trying such services, then so be it.

The alterations and repairs were complete within a week (I was in no hurry) and done well. In fact, I plan on taking in a few more pairs of pants next week.

This past weekend, I went to a family wedding. It was a wonderful event filled with laughs and good times.

Only catch was, I almost didn't make it to the event because earlier that week, I had forgotten to take my suit and shirt to the dry cleaner. I realized my mistake last Thursday. At 5 PM. That was the first oops.

I searched for a reliable dry cleaner in the area and after calling a couple of other businesses to no avail, found this place. Called them up (5:30 at this point) and explained my situation: I needed my suit and shirt ready by 9:30 AM Saturday. They said they could help me out. Great!

I headed out immediately and got there 12 minutes before they closed. As I'm handing my garments over, the man helping me pointed out a major dark stain on my shirt that I had forgotten about (second oops). I asked if he could do anything about it, and he said he'd try.

Saturday morning came, and I headed to the dry cleaner to pick up my garments. Not only did they come back perfectly, they were able to get the stain in my shirt out! On top of that, the price was VERY reasonable, especially with it being a rush order.

I would highly recommend this place based on my experience. Thanks again for the great service!

Came in on a Monday needing a shot tailored by the weekend and they made it happen with precision. Very happy we gave them a try and will for sure use them again.

I don't know what took me so long to write this review because they are phenomenal and kind people. Whenever my family or I need something dry cleaned or hemmed, they get it done with good quality stitching or cleaning. Personally, I get pants hemmed often and I am more than pleased with the results. The prices are very reasonable and so worth it.

This may be my new go to dry cleaners.

Parking is street parking but I guess you can also park in the smart and final parking lot across the street. It's a bit hard to find parking on the street, but I happened to luck out the day I came.

I went here because I needed my pants altered pronto. Called before I came and the lady who answered said that it's $10 to hem pants and that she would be able return it to me the next day. SCORE! Came in and she had me try on the pants. She had a small dressing room in the front of the store. Measured me and the next day it was really ready. Easiest and fastest service I've gotten. I will come here to hem or do any other work on my clothes. She was really friendly and did I mention she was really quick about getting the work done?

I left my full suit and white dress shirt to be dry cleaned here. They did a good job on the suit - no complaints. However, they ripped my dress shirt (see pic), which I noticed literally within minutes of getting home. This was a brand new dress shirt (~$100 retail) that I never wore, so it was disappointing that they tore it. Unfortunately, the placement of the tear would cause it to be visible even after sewing, so I called the dry cleaners and spoke to the male owner. He asked me to bring it in so they could take a look.

When I arrived at the dry cleaners, the female owner was there. She asked to inspect the dress shirt and began to question me - implying that I tore the shirt myself or was being dishonest. To a certain extent, I can respect her professional skepticism and due diligence in asking questions. However, it was her attitude and continuing requests after the initial conversation that I found to be quite disappointing.

After I had answered her initial questions, she asked me what I would like to be done. I asked that they simply pay me for the cost to replace the shirt. She agreed. So, I pulled out my phone and went to the website and ordered the exact same shirt in front of her so that she could see the exact price. As I was ordering the shirt, she asked me to search for coupons. I told her that I don't see any on the website, and I did not want to go through an extensive search for coupons. Then, as I was checking out my online purchase, she tried to negotiate with me and asked me to pay the taxes and shipping fees. At this point I was annoyed. Why should I, the customer and non-guilty party, pay any money for the replacement of the shirt that they had torn? When I refused, she continued to give me attitude for not obliging. It was at this point that I offered that we go through their insurance, if that would make things easier. I said I could file a claim so that they wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. Upon my suggestion, she became more aggressive and rude to me and accused me of being unreasonable for suggesting such an option. I was very confused and thrown off by her attitude.

It was at this point that her husband (the male owner) came into the shop and asked what was going on. I explained the situation, and the male owner began defending his wife, stating that it is not unreasonable for her to try and negotiate with me. I told him I disagreed - that as the guilty party, they should simply apologize and pay. What I thought would have been a simple and fair interaction turned out to be a rude and inconsiderate experience. All I wanted was for them to pay for the replacement cost, yet they were trying to guilt trip me for not looking for coupons and not being willing to pay for the tax and shipping fees.

Ultimately, they wrote me a check for the full replacement cost, and I left as soon as I received the check. As I was walking away, the female owner demanded that I leave the ripped shirt, which I gladly did. I had no use for it, and I could tell she made that request to get one last jab at me - which I chose to let go because frankly I did not have the time and energy to try and dialogue more with them at that point.

TL;DR - Terrible customer service & unreliable service.

Jessica is AMAZING! Prompt service with a smile.

My son got his sports coat altered in under 36 hours. Fitted on Thursday afternoon and his coat alteration was completed by noon that Saturday!!

We all know how quickly kids grow. Thinking ahead, I requested that she not cut any of the excess material from his suit coat so that any current alterations can be let it out, as needed, in the future.

The pleats Jessica created in the back and darts placed in the sleeves were clean. The finished coat didn't even look as if it was altered. Ecstatic that my growing teen can wear this same suit for at least a few more special occasions.

Jessica did what no one else could promise & her services were half the price of what local competitors were demanding for a rush job.

We were so pleased with the end results. We'll definitely return to Jessica for our future alterations.

Alteration for my teen's sports coat. ETA 36 hrs - unheard of at a reasonable price.
Convenient hours & location, plenty of free parking. Credit Cards accepted, not restricted to debit only like most dry cleaners.

My go to place for reliable dry cleaning! Good service (not sure what the other reviews are talking about), the lady here is so sweet! Prices are reasonable, inexpensive.

Being an eco-friendly facility makes this a no brainer for me.

I love this place. I used to live in SSF, right around the corner and this was my go to cleaners for everything. Dry cleaning (including large stuff like my king size comforters and bedding), repairs, and alterations. I have never been disappointed and they always get ANY stain out, even when she says "she'll try".....even red wine!!!
They even put suede patches on the elbows of my work sweaters for extra durability. All in all, this is the best cleaners. I now live about 6 miles away and have tried two other places in my neighborhood, but no, I had to come back, worth the drive over the hill for sure!!!
