Walkthrough and scheduling were flexible and efficient. Packing and moving days both went very smoothly. I didn't have to do anything to prepare for their arrivals. And despite some very heavy furniture pieces, Mely and team were pleasant and helpful the entire time. absolutely the best experience.

I just used One Move Movers for my recent move, and from the first call, they were awesome! Tony and Ray were super patient, answering all my questions and giving me a detailed quote upfront along with some great tips for my move. No hidden fees or surprises! It was such a relief to know exactly what I was paying for.
Then Gregory and his team showed up right on time, took great care of my stuff, and made the whole process really smooth. I'm really satisfied with the price and the high quality of their service.

This was our second time using One Move, and our move went seamlessly once again. This time we moved within our same apartment building, and it was really easy to set up with One Move's staff. We immediately got an estimate and were told what to expect and what is included.

Tonga and his crew were our movers and they arrived a little early, even giving us a heads up. We had some delays on move day sorting paperwork with our front office, but the moving crew were really patient and understanding.

They handled all our furniture and items with care, leaving not a scratch on anything. We paid for a 3 hour minimum, which was still worth it despite needing half the time. Thank you Tonga!

Sergio and his team, consisting of Guillermo, Jesus, Thomas, and Martin, did a fantastic job with the move, protecting and taking great care of my furniture throughout. They were punctual and communicated well about the move process. Sergio is a great team leader, and they work together seamlessly.

Sergio and his team Domingo, Rolando, Guillermo, and Martin were amazing! They were able to pack up our entire FOUR STORY townhome with such care and patience. We had heavy equipment like our treadmill and bike and they moved it from the third floor down tight corners without even a complaint. I am currently writing this review from the comfort of our couch since they unpacked everything exactly where we wanted it!

Jesus, Jorge, and the rest of the crew were fast, professional, and extremely careful with our stuff for our long distance move. This was our first time using One Move Movers to complete a 1 bedroom apartment move from Sunnyvale to South San Francisco (all in one day). Domingo, Rolando, and Miguel were the best movers I've ever had the chance to work with. They were an excellent balance of fast but delicate with our items. If you find yourself in a situation where you can't quite pack everything yourself, they have great intuition for how and where to pack things safely and securely.
Furthermore they also disassembled and reassembled our bed frame (in addition to taking care of our mattress) and other necessary furniture for us! They even gave some tips on keeping things in good condition for the long run :)
Relative to the cheapest moving companies, one can argue this service is pricey but relative to other established, professional, high quality moving services One Move definitely is competitively priced.

If you have the funds and are committed to hiring movers, absolutely pick this service.

Too high of a service fee for the move, much lower cost companies are available. They want 9 thousand dollars for a 8 hour move with less than 20 boxes and minimal furniture as we are buying new items. Polite but the cost and then if you want lower cost then you wait 18 days for your belongings. No thanks!
