One Two Tree Care

I am so thankful I found Jon and his company, One Two Tree Care. On August 28th, my mature valley oak heritage tree dropped a huge branch across my backyard (most likely due to "sudden branch drop syndrome," brought on by the drought and the extreme heat of 100 degrees that day). I was very fortunate no one was in the backyard when it fell and that it didn't damage any fences or the garage.

I quickly obtained many quotes for the tree's removal (or its significant pruning, although I just had the tree pruned 30 days prior - to the day - because I had noticed a much smaller branch had fallen onto my roof). Jon was extremely responsive and was able to provide me with an initial quote based on the photos I provided.  (Once he arrived in person, he needed to revise the quote as it was difficult to capture the full canopy of the tree based solely on the photos and the older Google map photo of my property.  Despite that, his revised quote was still very competitive).

Once the city quickly determined that the tree needed to be removed (especially since it dropped another branch a few days later after the large limb failure), Jon let me know that we could move forward without obtaining an encroachment permit (as requested by the city), as his crew would not be blocking street traffic (or using a crane/bucket truck). He was very knowledgeable about the city's requirements for the removal of heritage trees (even responding over the Labor Day weekend).

His expert crew worked very hard and did an outstanding job. It was amazing to watch them remove the limbs - using their expertise in selecting the branches, based on their size and weight, so that when they severed a limb, they could safely lower it to the ground.  Because it was such a large tree, the job took 4 days: 3 days to cut the tree down to a stump (as the large canopy extended over two other adjacent properties), and 1 day to break down and cart off the large trunk and remaining limbs.

They left my place spotless, even leaf blowing my roof and porches, as well as the roof on my neighbor's shed and another neighbor's porch area.  Jon and his crew were such a pleasure to work with. I am so glad I found One Two Tree Care - truly a lifesaver!

Robert responded quickly to my request for a quote to trim overgrown ivy & trees on fences around a pool and deck, overgrown evergreen in an atrium, and bouganvillea covering a chimney. A week later his team arrived 8:30 a.m. - knew how to use a tarp we provided to catch branches, leaves, debris - left the entire backyard nearly spotless. The job was done by noon, the front and back yard, pool, atrium and driveway swept, hosed, and clean. We will not hesitate to call them again - recommend them highly!!

we had two large palm trees removed from our back yard this week. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I would recommend One Two Tree Care to anyone that needs tree service.

I had a job to trim, thin out, 5 redwood trees and 3 Atlas Cedar trees. also to top off an over grown sycamore Tree; prune and shape a Pear Tree and pruning a Palm tree. The tree was last cut 4-5 years ago and is now getting too dense, too heavy and a bit dangerous on a windy day.

I got the referral from a friend who had used One Two Tree Care last year. So I called for an appointment and a quote Their response was prompt and on time. I got a quote for ~35% less than a vendor I used previously and Eugene, the estimator and team leader of the crew, discussed with me on how I want to have them cut. He listen attentively, and offered his professional advise.

We finalize on the job and set it for today hoping that the 4 raining days will stop. However, it is still raining in the morning, I called and asked if they want to postpone; but the crew said they are ready and can go ahead with it as the rain will stop in an hour or so. They started around 8:00 am and finished around 1 pm. All cutting were taken care of and hauled away for shredding, my drive way was blown clean of dust and debris, nothing was damaged and broken from the falling tree limbs. The trees, especially the Redwood and Cedars turned out looking great, as the way I had requested. The Sycamore, Plum and Palm all turned out the way I wanted also.
The rain did stopped and the Sun is out now.

I am very happy with their work and professional attitude. Fast, clean, good work, and very good value. They give me an impression that they will take instruction and do what the owner wants, but also offer their professional insight for consideration. They are very experienced and professional. I will call them for future service without hesitation and I would also recommend them to my friends and/or anyone, that need tree care services I rate them top rating, 5 out of 5. I am very happy with the job they did for me.

Robert was great and cordial . They arrived on time for the estimate and work. His team was very reliable, professional , experienced and considerate of the premises. They removed 1 tree, trimmed the other and also removed an old gate for me.
They had their own truck , wood demolishing equipment and performed the entire work in one day. Their prices are reasonable. I would work with them again for my tree needs since they are an excellent company!

I got a quick response from Robert in regards to pruning my trees. He came by right away and explained to me the process. He gave me the price and it was in my range. I called him back a few hours to confirm that I wanted his business. Later today, knowingly the pruning service was scheduled next week, he called and wanted to know if I was available to do it today. I quickly responded with a "YES" and within 20 min his team (Alex and Jose) was outside my garage ready for the task on hand. Both team members were awesome and pruned/assisted/cleaned up/removed any tree shrubs and debris on the ground in a timely manner.

We usually use a tree care company to take care of tree trimming and removal for years. This time our 100years old Italian Cypress died, very sad.
But need to remove the hugh tree, estimated over $7000.
1,2 tree care gave us a very good deal and glad we chose them.
As other reviews mentioned, they came on time, very professional, efficient, skillful, did not destroy anything and clear up very quickly. Have their own equipment for shedding the branches and removal of the big stems.
Very satisfied with their performance, reliable and dependable.

We got six quotes for pruning and rebalancing our large coastal oak. Eugene came out precisely on time, and carefully walked me through the plan. On the day of the work, he arrived an hour early and again reviewed the plan with us . He was there for the entire day supervising the tree climbers. They cleaned up afterwards made sure we were happy with the job. They came in mid range in pricing, . They were well worth it overall outstanding work .

OK they dropped chips for free but the driver blocked in my car n dropped chips on top of Drain in street

My wife and I reside in an "established neighborhood". As such we have older trees on our property.
As it occurs, trees require periodic trimming as part of maintenance and the trees health.
One tree, an Italian Cypress required removal.
We shopped several tree companies and got the appropriate bids.
ONE TWO TREE was right in the middle with their bid. What sold us on their company was their knowledge and enthusiasm.
We pulled the trigger and gave them the job.
We were put in their calendar and within a week, their crew arrived.

I have to say that their crew was polite, respectful of our property and all that it contained.

When they left after completing the work to my satisfaction, the entire yard was cleaner than when they arrived.
