Ongaro & Sons

I've had Ongaro & Sons help with several electrical issues in my home. They are prompt communicators and their staff is always professional. They are tidy and respectful when they are in my home and I am always pleased with the work. I hope to have no more electrical issues in the future, but I know who to call if I did!

We have used Ongaro and Sons in the past, when they installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in 2019. We had three other quotes from competitors, and even though Ongaro came in at the top end of cost, the way the project was explained to us made it clear they knew what they were doing.

We had a competitor put in a hot water heater around the same time. We were trying to cut some cost; however, the old adage, "You get what you pay for," came back around on us. The junction for our hot water pump began to leak, causing minor flooding in our garage. I immediately turned off the water, and we contacted Ongaro. We were able to secure same day service, which was a godsend since there was no water coming into the house.

A couple of hours later, David showed up, assessed our problem, and proceeded to repair the leak. Apparently the plumber that installed the pump had not thoroughly cleaned the pipe fitting of the solder, which is acidic and corroded the copper pipe. Hence, a leak.

We are very grateful to have Ongaro and Sons at our disposal. Their staff are always professional and knowledgeable, and their work speaks for itself.

I have had a faulty, Takagi tankless water heater for far too long. The company technical support was terrible and the company certified technician was clueless.

I finally opted to replace it with a Navien NPE-240A2. I called on Ongaro to do that work knowing, from my history with them, that they know what they're doing. The service person, Jeff Graham, was brilliant. The install went smoothly, Jeff took steps to minimize any noise and vibrations from the water heater motor, and checked all our faucets to make sure the recirculation system worked as designed.

A day later, and now, finally, it takes only a few seconds for hot water to flow from all our faucets.

So very overpriced, so misleading. Received a bid of 8300.00 for
plumbing, had another local do the same work for 760.00. also
sold me some equipment I didn't need, when installing my ac
during covid. Run these people are rip offs.

Ongaro & Sons are my go to company for Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical problem solving. Their staff are well trained professionals that know what to do and how to do it! Are they the cheapest provider in town? Heck, no. But when they leave your house your problem will be fixed correctly and completely in a timely and professional manner. Try them out... you won't be sorry... better yet, your problem will be resolved!
