Asked for a 500sq foot addition which included a den, laundry room, main bathroom, walk in closet. They added a new door from the old main bathroom to the new den and walled up the old entrance from the old main bedroom. They also added a small deck for egress to the backyard. I'm a very picky person but I thought they did a fabulous job. Everything came out perfect. I was there for the whole job and their workers know their craft extremely well. I was a little leery at first because of their name(Only Kitchens and Baths) but they assured us they do additions and showe us pics of some of their additions. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the new addition. Also the quote they offered was the best price over all other companies-some by 100K! Great job.

My parents hire them to remodel thier master bathroom.
I was part of the whole project, I was with them when they signed the contract and also I was getting updates through the whole process.
Every step of the way the whole crew and especially the project manager did with lots of professionalism, he helped my parents choose the tile and shower door.
I am highly impressed how they cared about my parents and made it as much as possible easy for them.
