I am so impressed with Ontrack Moving and Storage !
My parents were doing a big move (first one in 40 years) and hadn't planned to use movers initially. They had already done a lot of work, but we wanted to support them with professional help. The entire team was fantastic. They were able to get on site to help move within 24 hours of me reaching out.
Eduardo, victor, and Federico in particular were exceptional. They went above and beyond in their clear communication, making sure the right things were being packed and taken to the new home. They were efficient and kind, and we couldn't believe how much they were able to accomplish in one day.

One word: awesome. Great communication all along the way. I interviewed 5 moving companies (courtesy of yelp), and I liked the way the handled the estimate, they met the best price I found, and were flexible for a last minute delivery date change with no charge.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! We hadn't moved in 22 years and from beginning to end OnTrack was terrific! Dylan and Leo in booking were professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. The 3 teams we used for each of the 3 moves we made this summer were careful and efficient. Mariela in Accounting was proficient and accurate.
We moved our 3Bd/2Ba home into storage for 3 months. We had packed everything ourselves but the OnTrack team finished the job with wardrobe boxes and heavy duty plastic wrap and blankets for the furniture. Several pieces were vintage and required extra care. No problem. The workers packed and wrapped with skill and obvious experience. After everything was moved and stored in OnTrack's very affordable vaults in Hayward we received timely billing.
Next, we had some outdoor heavy cast cement pieces which also had to be moved into storage after we finally were able to arrange with our building for them to be picked up. Again, no problem for OnTrack. Everything was packed with great care and expertise and then stored.
Three months later, OnTrack was easily scheduled for our final move. They delivered all our belongings in a timely manner. We also used their disposal service for several mattresses and chairs. That was extremely convenient and well priced! Even with all these different moves the company was right there with us with courtesy, no damage and efficiency. These 3 moves were handled quickly, efficiently, capably and skillfully. And given the complexity I was extremely happy with the price as it was 1/3 what the other 2 movers I contacted quoted me. Ontrack got it done! When I made the arrangements, the gentleman I spoke with was very thorough in disclosing everything I needed to know. I knew going in the estimate was low because I knew how long it would take them to drive between old and new location, so I factored that in and it ended up being about what I expected. They followed up with me via e-mail and text in the days before the move.
This morning, my crew of two showed up promptly at 8 AM, we were rolling in under two hours, and unloaded a little before 1 PM. Can't say enough good things about Ontrack. The booking process was easy. They sent someone for an in-person estimate and detailed out all the expenses ahead of time so I felt comfortable there wouldn't be surprise charges. They sent reminders ahead of the day of the move and the day of letting me know the movers were on the way. The 4 movers (Leonel, Carlos, Domingo and Frank) were very courteous and professional. They handled everything with care and were so efficient they actually came in under the estimated hours. Definitely worth the price- much easier and ultimately less expensive for me than one of those do-it- yourself pod services. I highly recommend.

My experience with OnTrack Moving was not good and was more like OffTrack Moving. The move was going fine for the most part. What did not go well was the final billing and exit experience; we did find minor damages to our furnishings (small tear in sofa and small scratch in our new love seat). What was inflated was the charge for one-time use moving / packing material. Originally we received a quote for $80 and the final cost was $280 (more than 3X higher). I did contact office before paying but the personnel simply said these estimates are a shot in the dark. Understandably estimates may be rough here but this was 3X off and I did provide an upfront list of items to be moved. I do believe this was not a shot in the dark; the estimate is expected to be much closer to actual amount. In any case, I do not plan to be a repeat customer and would not recommend to anyone in my circle.
