Long, overdue review.

But came in to fix my windshield and they did it perfectly. Made a last-minute appointment and needed the earliest time available. They let me know to just show up as they open on Saturday morning and they'll take me, no problem.

As I arrived, they had some hiccup and had to open a little later, so some people were already waiting. No problem.

I waited in their waiting room, which is a bit small. I was just hoping they would update me as to how long it would take. It was a while until I had to ask for an estimated time of completion. It wasn't until then that they called me 10 min after that they were done. They were friendly though.

Overall though, they did a great job for a very price. I'd recommend it.

Very bad Customer service; we called a day before and confirmed that they had the windshield, and we called the following day again to confirm again (we spoke to Melissa), and when we did arrive, they told as they didn't have it, we did call again from the car and told us again that they have it. We did go inside and they said they don't have it, I was being nice to the girl and I told her to NOT DO THAT TO CUSTOMER AND WASTE THEIR TIME she won't listen. She started giving me a lot of nonsense that nobody else would have. It ended up hanging up on her if somebody doesn't listen, doesn't listen.
Save your time and go somewhere else.

Nick was prompt and was easygoing. He gave me a quote over the phone, and I had my car front windshield replaced in less than 1 hour. I recommend coming early in the morning to avoid waiting. They have the best price!

When they said they'll finish in 1 hour . They do it! Glass put on very well, and it looks brand new' thank you!

Outstanding service from Nick and his guys. I went to buy a back glass for a 4runner that shattered (did I mention that I can't stand parking garages with low hanging crap!?) He sold me the glass and had a guy help me self install because I had already pulled the back hatch panels, removed the broken window, and had all the broken glass cleaned up. But I ran into a snag because one of the wires on the window regulator hopped off a pulley. He put one of his guys on it and had it fixed in about 45 minutes. They even repaired a small piece of broken trim that had gotten damaged. They were very busy, so be prepared to wait a little. Be patient. You can't beat the price and the service.

All can say is WOW about this place. I came to this place with my knitting project or thinking of calling a rideshare because I thought I would be here for a couple of hours. Wow, they were done I felt less than an hour. This was amazing, when the office staff told me that my car was done I said "Huh", that turn into "Wow". Believe Me that was service. For the price I paid, this is incredible service that I have to rave about. BTW, the price they quoted me on the phone was unbelievable but they weren't kidding this place is a total bargain.

Was just there yesterday 10/10 recommend this store.
