Ali and his team are the best. I had my AC/Heater system replaced and I had a few companies come out to give me estimates. Otter beat the 2nd best price by 3k and the work was completed near perfection. I couldn't be happier. Ali is also super friendly and easy going. I can't say enough good things about Ali and his company.

We got 3 quotes when we decided to install AC. Ali was by far the most reliable and professional. He also provided the best value after taking the time to understand exactly what we needed.

Ali was very patient as we discussed changes to our quote, and even swapped out the AC unit we priced for a nicer model when ours was out of stock at no cost to us!

Otter HVAC knocked it out of the park. The AC went out of service Friday late evening, we sat on it overnight thinking it would start up the next morning but nothing. Saturday morning forecast was set for 95, yikes.

I reached out to a few companies at 8am and Otter replied within 5-10 minutes with the next available slot that works. They scheduled the call that Saturday for Sunday-- the next day.

The icing on the cake was when they called me 2-3 hours before the appt to share that, they were running ahead of schedule. I've never worked with a contractor who was running AHEAD of schedule. So of course they came by earlier and inspected the HVAC.

In short- fast turnaround, arrived sooner than expected, and resolved the issue in the middle of a heat wave.

Ali was great! Very responsive (and with a personal message, not automated), reviewed pictures I sent him and answered all my questions quickly. Scheduled an appointment on short notice, was very professional (even gave my dog a treat!) and did great work. AC unit was about to be overrun by plants, he trimmed and cleaned it perfectly! Thank you!

Ali responded within minutes of my request on Yelp and quickly scheduled to be at my house to examine the problem. Our condensation pump has not been working... Ali was able to quickly identify the problem and provided reasonable quotes and scheduled the repair work within a couple days. We were not in a rush so the timing worked perfectly for us. During the replacement, Ali realized that our water line is clogged at the attic and he came back to fix that issue as well! Now my HVAC is working again finally!

Ali and Steve are very knowledgeable and skillful folks. They helped me discovered the pipeline failure that other companies weren't able to find out, and replaced it, which solved all the problems. They listened to the homeowner and made every accommodation as they can. I am very satisfied with their work for below average price and quality work. Ali showed up early which was great since the AC was not working. He diagnosed the problem quickly and discovered I needed a new capacitor. He went and purchased and installed it. We now have cool air!
