Out Lock Locksmith

This review is long overdue. Eli did an outstanding job repairing the broken lock caused by the previous locksmith. (Beware of the locksmiths the home warranty companies send out for rekeys). Eli arrived right on time, explained the issue clearly, and repaired the lock for a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Out Lock to anyone needing a locksmith. Eli's professionalism and expertise is top-notch!

Eli is the best locksmith we were lucky to find on Yelp! several years ago when we got locked out of our home. He's since been back a couple times and has been very reliable and doing the utmost best to solve our lock issues. Most recently our heavy front door had an issue with the latch bolt getting stuck. Turns out our door and lock were made in China with parts not readily available. He came by about 4 times to figure out a solution. The lock is now fixed and works great. Highly recommend Eli!!

The owner Eli , is super nice , extremely efficient and punctual. He was knowledgeable and able to give me valued advice on what type of hardware to purchase . He replaced all the hardware on all my doors in my house; upstairs, downstairs, front door (now a smart lock) side door and garage entry. He re-keyed 3 doors. Eli went that extra step to make sure that the doors were closing perfectly. He had to do some chiseling on the front door jamb for the deadbolt to smoothly engage. He helped with the programing of two locks.

It was the end of the day and my paint crew accidentally snapped off the only key we had in the door lock at a customers home we are working on. I was able to extract the broken key from the lock and frantically searched for a locksmith that was able duplicate the key. I found Out Lock Locksmith in Folsom. I called and spoke to Eli and he was able to duplicate the broken key within a minute!! He saved the day for us and truly thankful for his time and service.
