I actually wrote this a few weeks ago but forgot to post! Sorry Jamie!
Quick, easy, accommodating, and a fraction of the cost having a hitch installed by the dealer.
Jamie installed a hitch to my new Q5 Sportback.
To do this, the rear bumper needs to be removed (amongst other panels) in order to attach the hitch to the rear face of the bumper spar.
It was done in a matter of hours and looks great.
I highly recommend Jamie and Outlander Motorsports!

I'm a first-time customer. I tried to DIY my (vendor-assembled) Bilstein 6112 level kit on my 2020 Chevy Colorado - only to run into an issue with the top ring not fitting the top mount. With our family adventure trip coming, I don't have the time to ship back to the vendor to fix. So, I purchased the factory top ring from Chevrolet Concord and drove to Outlander Motorsports to see if they can help me swap the top ring.

Then I met Jamie.

Awesome guy. Down to earth and very easy to work with. I felt at ease. So, I asked if they can book me in for the top ring swap, suspension install, oil change and alignment. He was able to accommodate me and scheduled the work for the next day! How great is that?!!

With all the work performed, my family and I got to enjoy our week long trip to Death Valley, Alabama Hills, Reward Mine and other off-road spots along the CA Hwy 395!! (Shared a few pics)

Needed help with a distribution hitch for my trailer that had shifted. They were amazing! Researched what was needed, got parts and fixed it within a few days. Best part, I didn't have to pay through the roof. Can't recommend enough; Nice staff, helpful and ethical!

My 5th Gen 4Runner suspension needed a ton of work done. After talking to Jaime, I decided to have the 4Runner towed to his shop. His expertise and knowledge is second-to-none. He's very thorough with the work needed to be done and is transparent when checking other components that needed servicing. Using his app to authorize/deny services is convenient, easy, and made things a lot easier. My 4runner now rides better than new!

I'm a first time customer at Outlander Motorsports and my experience with one of the reps (Kevin) was a great experience. Kevin listened to what I wanted done with my vehicle and also gave me recommendations on a couple of options and why one option was preferred over the other. It's all about educating people in their experiences and Kevin did just that. I will definitely be coming back to Outlander Motorsports to have my vehicle work on.

The shocks were worn out on my Gen 1 Raptor and I got a pretty high quote for replacement at the dealer. Jamie and Kevin at Outlander Motorsports were very responsive and helpful. They tracked down the same OEM parts and got the job done cheaper and more quickly than the dealer would have. Within 24 hours they had my truck ready to go and riding the best it has in years. I've also got the old shocks in the bed to rebuild for next time, which is awesome.

Customer service, more accurate diagnosis! They mis diagnosed a sticky unlubricated yoke on the driveshaft for an unrepairable transfer case. They quoted a $4,000.00 replacement, turns out it was the driveshaft issue. Then they wouldn't return my calls to talk about it. I just wanted to let them know that I fixed it myself, I don't know if it was intentional but If I left it there to have them fix it I would be out the $4,000.00.

What a phenomenal experience. I bought a Jeep for my daughter and needed new tires. I wasn't sure about what sizes to get, wanted to upsize some to make the Jeep ready for off road. I wasn't confident about what to order so I looked through reviews to find a trust worthy place and totally found it. These guys know what they're doing, explain options to you, are transparent on pricing, very affordable on labor costs and are very professional and nice when helping. After I got new tires and rims I went back to get a lift kit and new headlights, which they helped me order. I am now a loyal customer and plan on going there for all my cars, trucks and jeeps.
