P.S.I. Factor Pressure Washing

I contacted and left a message on November 21st as I wanted to connect with a human being in terms of getting a quote. I did notice their web form, however, before sending out any quote and wasting either parties time I believe in the human connection first.

I spoke with Chris who was very informative, patient and was very honest about the specs of work I needed to have a quote for before sending the actual e-mail.

He was very straight forward about being busy and that he wouldn't be able to answer my e-mail right away which was super appreciated. I am all about open communication.

Unfortunately the other companies remitted their quote faster and although we understood Chris' position the building owner last minute decided that he wanted the job done sooner rather than later for the 2016 capital budget financials.

These guys still get top stars for the communication which is a huge plus for me and what would've been a great start.

I definitely recommend PSI FACTOR for pressure washing.
Chris was extremely polite and professional through email and in person. He answered several questions in email ahead of time and was very patient with my excessive requests.
He showed up at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time and was set up and ready in perfect time. He did an AMAZING job and left our place sparkling clean.
He is such a nice guy and very professional not to mention super hard working.
I will use PSI FACTOR from now on for all my pressure washing needs. There is no better.

Every year we call on Chris to power wash the porch, deck and the concrete around our home. He always does a fantastic job - the concrete is literally sparkling when he is done.

He is a true professional - always on time, accurate quotes, great customer service and good work. When Chris comes to do a job, he doesn't show up with some rinky dink costco power washer, he's got top notch equipment and the experience to tackle any power washing challenge.

I highly recommend PSI Factor. Don't bother calling anyone else!

We have 2 balconies that needed cleaning and were referred to PSI by another company who was too far away for such a small job.
We could not be happier with the results! Balconies were on the 2nd and 3rd floors and he accessed both by ladders without having to come inside. He soaked areas with a cleaning liquid first, then power washed everything - including the walls and windows. Amazing! Very thorough and a first class job. It could not have been better. And a very nice man too; a pleasure to deal with!

This guy just showed up and started pressure washing my alley at 5 am. How nice of him. Really professional, he told me he knew that it was illegal to be doing it this early but refused to stop and told me to call the police. Thanks guy! Think twice about who you hire.
