The guy at the register was rude and unstable

I just asked where is the cups for the iced coffee,
He starts insulting me like
Can't you use your logic? How hard it could be?
I'm just a customer who never been to this gas station it's pretty normal that I might not be able to find the cup
For that specific drink!

I just wanted an energy drink for the long drive home and dude at the front just waved me off saying they didn't have any

I was a paying customer and the attendant would not allow me to use the restroom. I believe they are closing the bathrooms completely at night to avoid having to clean them. Horrible service, I expect better from a chevron.

The people that run this Chevron are scanners. I went to buy a coffee and a sandwich. Then when i paid my transaction was declined on their debit card machine. Then few seconds later on my bank statement on my phone app i got notified that Chevron did charge me the transaction. When i explained that to the cashier. He didn't care. He said that's not possible. He was implying that i was lying like i was some kind of scammer.At the end i just ask him to give me a receipt that shows that my transaction was declined. He said he can't give me the receipt because his machine can't give receipt for declined transaction The truth they stole my money. But they keep saying that everything was fine. They didn't take much money but that doesn't make it right. Just be aware l with this gas station. The people that work there are not professional and not honest with customers. They are thieves.

Omg, this is like the slowest gas pump place ever! I've been waiting for my turn for like 10 mins and the guy ahead of me is only at $30+ dollars and he's still going.

If you are in a hurry, DO NOT COME HERE!

This is my emergency gas station for the ride home from the south bay. Not many gas station right off the freeway that I know of. This is a smelly one, inside and out.

There is a single restroom inside the store and outside all around the store smells like urine.

6/4 11pm, Sunday.

BEWARE OF THE YELLY CASHIER (have earplugs ready) AT NIGHT.

Went to fill up gas and use the restroom.
Approached the cashier to ask about the bathroom, male cashier gave me a 'wtf do you want' look (I asked politely). Asked if I could use the bathroom. The cashier shook his head then reluctantly let me in (was the bathroom closed? if it was, he could've politely told me so). I got yelled at by the dude from the moment I entered the shop til I got out.
"GET THE KEY!!"
*reaching out for the left key*
"THE RED ONE!!!"
"oh okay.."
*trying to open the bathroom on the right*
"I SAID THE LEFT ONE!!!"

OMG it's not like I just used the bathroom for free. I BOUGHT A FULL TANK OF GAS!
The bathroom was FILTHY. Trashcan was overflowing, toilet paper ALL OVER THE FLOOR. So gross. My bladder was about to explode so I HAD to use it unfortunately.

I saw other people at the door and he wasn't letting them in, saying only one person is allowed in at once. He totally yelled at them too.

The reason why I liked Chevron was because of the cleanliness of the facility and good customer service but this was the worst Chevron I've ever been to! I will never come back to this gas station. Go to the one across.

I buy 10$ to the tall and fat guy to buy 5$ fantasy and 5$ superloto,he gave me only 5$ superloto and told me gave him 5$. I told him to check camera but he ignored me .

The cashier he was on the wrong trying to rip me off with my lottery ticket wins.He also speaking in Spanish when I understood what he was saying to his managers Employees needs to realize even if we don't look like we don't speak a your language it can surprise you at anytime. We are in USA everybody knows different language but watch yourself because disrespecting someone and talking bad about a customers in Spanish will surprise u and the customer response back with their attitude in Spanish. And you want call police on me because I knew Spanish and defend myself because you as a employee is an idiot. And rip me off. THIS GASOLINE STATION DESERVES A ZERO.
