I had just purchased a new boat and had a trailer bearing failure on the freeway. After further inspection I realized it was going to be a BIG JOB rebuilding this thing myself. I needed a Trailer Expert!! I brought the trailer to Pac West Trailers and Brian spent the time to discuss the best options with me. They were able to remove and replace the axles, all new disc brakes and new coupler with new master cylinder. They ran all new brake lines and even spliced a new 7 lead connector on the trailer as well. I feel like Jesse and Brian went above and beyond to get my trailer back in shape to haul my boat with no worries going forward. These guys are in fact Trailer Experts. I have a 27 ft. travel trailer, dual axle and leaf springs. Had a shackle break 2 weeks prior and another one was stretching and ready to break. Called Pac West and they could fit me in in two weeks. Very quick in this area. I purchased the MORryde suspension upgrade and their upgraded shackle kit. Pac West had no issues installing customer supplied parts. Pac West supplied the leaf springs and u bolts and completely redid my suspension. They did a great install, got me in quickly and got the job done quickly. I'm very happy with their work and service.

I had a broken spring mount on my 5th wheel. Called and they said to bring it in the next day! What? A specialty repair shop with availability in the near future?
Brought it in the next day. He checked everything and replaced 2 mounts as one was cracked. It was done the same day and the price was WAY below what I was expecting.

Just when you've given up hope that there are any more decent businesses, you meet Elton and his crew. I bought an 18 ft utility equipment trailer that is built like a rock. I wanted rear stabilizing jacks, a tongue box, and spare tire holder which were able to be added quickly. The fabrication quality is great. Their customer responsiveness is excellent. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Several times over the past years, I have brought two trailers to Jesse, my 27' 5th wheel and my little 12' utility/flat bed trailer. His guys did a great job on my trailer brakes and suspension...and, after someone rear-ended me, Jesse and his guys repaired damage to the tongue of my utility trailer and damage to the rear gate.

Today, I brought my 5th wheel trailer in because I'm taking a long 12 hour trip and was concerned about the brakes possibly having issues. Jesse and his guys immediately found a brake wire disconnected on one of the axles and repaired it, free of charge.

While there, I mentioned to his crew that my trailer batteries were not charging while my truck was towing. Three of his crew immediately ran a bunch of diagnoses. They confirmed all my truck fuses were good and confirmed that somewhere on the truck-side of the charging, there is no trickle charge going to the trailer. Again, their quick diagnoses was unexpected and just another example of outstanding customer service I've always been given by Jesse and his crew. I'll definitely be bringing my trailer here for my next brake job.

I worked for a local nonprofit which performed vegetation clean up and other community projects in Sacramento, and we had 6 work trailers that went out every day. Needless to say, there were often problems with them, especially because they were older. Pac West was sensitive to our work needs and tried their best to get us in ASAP to make repairs so we did not break our contractual obligations. They were always very profession, efficient, cost effective, willing to do what it took to get our trailers back in working order, and just very nice, friendly people who take pride in their work. I cannot recommend them enough.

My trailer had some pretty bad damage done to it. Once insurance company got the estimate it took them a bit to approve it. Once they did it got repaired extremely well I was very satisfied and even did a few little touches and make it a little nicer would definitely recommend

I was surprised to find good reviews for PacWest because my husband was treated very poorly by the business. Elton was his sales person. We had to wait 2 days for our loan to fund in order to buy a trailer. My husband, Tony, had one picked out that suited our purposes and was within our price range. He asked Elton if he could hold the trailer for us until our loan funded and he told my husband, "Yes". Our bank funded our loan 2 days later. We called Elton and asked him if we could come pick our trailer up and he told us "No" and he had no other trailers to sell us. WHAT? He did not apologize for selling the trailer out from underneath Tony. There was NO customer service, care, concern, nothing. Just short and rude and now we are sitting here with the loan funded and no trailer. Elton offered no explanation, nothing. Rude. Broken promises. We are not impressed at all with Pac West Trailers. Customers should never be treated this way. They act like they are the only trailer company in the world there. I don't care how good their prices are. It's never worth it if they are going to make you feel like you were not even worth an explanation after we went and got a loan to buy from them. I think they are horrible people. The week before my husband had gone out to their yard to look at something on the trailer and a saleslady in the office and in front of there customers that were standing in the office, she spoke to Tony very sarcastically and rude in attempt to make the other customers in the office laugh. Basically made him feel like a fool for asking a question. This type of business we do not need in our life.
