Went in for first time today. They washed my car better than I do and i considered myself to be picky. They were nice enough to take me even though it was after closing. The staff are super nice! Then I met Jason the owner and what a nice person! Being new to the area it's so refreshing to meet people like him that makes me want to go back! BYW-if you like to talk fishing then Jason is your man!

These guys were fantastic....my interior had masses of vomit (due to food poisoning) & anyone having to deal with this is a godsend. Pacific Hand Car Wash SJ took on the difficult task & did a fantastic job! I spoke with Jason to ask about the service ahead of time & he was super cool & had great customer service. Pacific Hand Car Wash is hands down my favorite place to get my car cleaned. They're 100% hand wash, and you can really tell they care about the details. The staff is super friendly and genuinely nice, they make you feel welcome every time.

What really stands out is their attention to detail. They really get into every little corner and detail of your vehicle. It's obvious they take pride in their work, and it makes a big difference.

I have been going to Pacific Hand Car Wash SJ since summer of 2020, with two cars and soon I'll take in a third. In fact, it's the only place where I get my car washed, such that I admittedly let too much time pass between washes, simply because it honestly takes a bit of planning given the time required and now I have kids. (It's not your typical quick vacuum, run the car through, and quick towel dry). My dealership gives me free vouchers for a super popular [non-hand] car wash in SJ but I they just sit in a pile in my glovebox.

Despite the longer wait, I use the time to either get work done in their comfy indoor space with WiFi, drinks, and snacks or outside lounging on their benches, or I go for a walk in the neighborhood. THE WAIT IS WORTH IT BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE OUTSTANDING FOR THE PRICE ONE PAYS.

Today, I had the best work done so far on my Mazda CX-90 SUV. My kids and I ski, camp, hike, beach, etc. so it was pretty filthy in and out after not washing it for maybe six months. Add to that an annoying plant on my driveway had scuffed up the side pretty badly. I had them do the clear coat correction and ceramic sealant and the car came out better than when I took delivery. Even I felt so fresh and new as a person driving my car!

The crew goes above and beyond. At drop-off, I placed my kids' booster seats aside so I could get them out of the way. The crew cleaned them before they went back in!

The best part about this place is the kindness and friendliness of Jason and his team. I never go in there feeling like just another customer. It feels very neighborly and you get the sense that they value taking care of their community. As a Bay Area native, I'm happy to support Jason and his small business!

Went to Pacific Hand Car Wash over the past weekend. It's been a few days, and I'm still getting compliments from my family on what a great job they did on my car! Just look at the before and after pictures.

They are super detail-oriented and really get into every crevice to clean your car. The outside of my car was pretty dirty since I haven't been able to get my car washed for a few months, and I park underneath trees at work. I also have a big dog that sheds a ton and has managed to drool all over my seats leaving stains (even with a seat cover!) and they were able to clean it all up as well. I had a scratch on my bumper that was deeper than the paint and they buffed it out and now it's barely noticable.

The entire staff is very nice and helpful and you can tell they really take a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommend coming here if you need a good car wash and detail!

I gave the company a second chance by visiting the SJ location since the Campbell location disappointed me. Paid for the super deluxe wash this time and tipped $10 ahead of time to make sure they actually did a good job this time. I ended up being satisfied with what I paid for. I did find some small button size spots on the interior of the windshield that weren't clean (i smashed a bug there). I also was quoted a 1.5 hr wash but it took more like 2.3 hrs, but overall, still great work, especially considering there were so many dead bugs on the exterior of my car from a recent roadtrip I took to Napa. The interior looks and smells great! Exterior is so shiny and clean.

One thing I didn't like about the location was that the entrance was also the exit. There should be a separate exit for safety. It would suck to get into a car accident after paying a ton of money to have that car cleaned. They can use those gates that open by sensor so that people don't mistake the exit as an entrance.

Pacific Hand Car Wash has been an absolute A+ experience CONSISTENTLY throughout the years. Jason and his team really go above and beyond the call of duty. If you truly value the best quality, PHCW is your only option.
A business is a reflection of the business owner and their team, and for a business to succeed and take care of its customers the way PHCW has and continues to do goes to show the type of individual Jason is. We love coming to this hand car wash. In all honesty we come here on average every 2-3 washes since it is on the pricier side, or when the kids make a huge mess or coming back from a road trip. HOWEVER, you will NOT be disappointed!

The workers are very very thorough and take their time to make sure every crevasse is cleaned. I'm sure everyone has experienced a car wash where it was all about speed and volume. It's apparent that philosophy is different here and I can truly appreciate the meticulous and quality job. Details in making sure no water drizzles occur after you drive away, and help w the kids car seat mats are awesome.

Tip: come early on a Saturday and get dropped off or Uber to stay productive. We usually get the super deluxe with our SUV and 1500 truck, and they average close to 3 hrs; again that's the value you get, not those speedy washes. The line does queue up later in the day.

Worth the price every time. Prepare to spend an hour or so as the workers pay attention to detail (even if it's not a detail).

Highly recommended. I have brought my car here twice and I'll definitely be back. The cleaning crew works hard and does an excellent job. They are detailed and use all kinds of tools to achieve a clean vehicle inside and out. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

Without me asking, the owner Jason hooked me up with a first round of stain removal for my rims (he explained it was caused by layers and layers of break dust) at no additional charge. The staining was really bad and caked on as it had never been treated since I purchased the car. I wish I had taken a before photo but I have included a photo of what they looked like after. This type of service is typically included in the Deluxe Package. I seriously can't believe how clean and shiny my rims are. I've never seen them like this. Definitely purchase the Deluxe Package if you want this level of detail. Thank you!
