Our Salesperson Russ was very knowledgeable and helped us with our fireplace selection.
We had John and Justin come out and do the installation. They work great together. Both very experienced with the products. They took great care of our house putting down drop cloths and keeping the workspace clean. They explained all the details of the new fireplace.
I would recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

Justin, Jake and John came to my home to install a new gas fireplace.
On Wednesday Justin came to install @ new gas line to my new fireplace while Jake demo my old and built a new structure to surround my new fireplace with stone and a beautiful new wood mantle. John was here on Friday waiting for the inspection of the new gas line so that he could install my new gas fireplace and show me how to operate and clean. While John was waiting for the inspector he noticed a small black dog across the street and saw that I had a doggie door. He was so concern he called the office and was told I had a white fluffy dog that I took to work while they were doing the installations. All 3 men were very professional and courteous and the job they did was outstanding. I would recommend all of them to work for me in the future

Just had our Heat & Glo insert installed today! We couldn't be happier with the installation by Alex and John! They were super knowledgeable, professional, and did a flawless job. They didn't even have to cut the drywall- It looks like the fireplace was made for the insert. Today was pretty cold and rainy, and it was so nice to be able to enjoy our beautiful insert right away. Definitely recommend this company and ask for Alex & John! They are also dog friendly:)

From showroom to installation, Pacific Hearth & Home was outstanding. We purchased a mantel and fireplace insert for our home renovation. Our sales person and installers were excellent communicators; provided timely follow-up; and clearly explained products and process. Great people, great results, great experience.

WOW!! Ryan and Cody knocked it out of the park. Let me back up, Alex started the project with fantastic suggestions and observations then Ryan and Cody showed up. The dedication and professionalism of this team cannot be understated. They were so good to work with I'm looking around my house for other projects for them. They smoothed out every wrinkle that popped up like they never happened. I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire Team at Pacific Hearth and Home, particularly Ryan and Cody.

I don't write reviews but I will for these guys! Couldn't have asked for a better experience all around! Friendly, informative and helpful staff there. We bought two inserts. We were happy to get a date to have an estimate done within a week, and installation date for about a month out for two days of installation. The installer's were, Alex and Cody. These two men worked great as a team, were friendly and very cautious about our wood floors and furniture. They even took pictures of an area on the roof that was missing some finishing work and brought it to our attention. While they worked they took the time to answer any questions we had. We got instructed (a couple of times for us) on operating the fireplaces. We love our fireplaces now!

We bought a fireplace with install from these guys. First of all - their staff is excellent - showed us the different products, explained the options etc. That was all good.

What sets them apart in my mind is the overall installation experience. They responded to my request for review during framing, slab template etc. and completing the final install. Hats off to Matt Irvine who is the owner. You may not even meet him but he is always there - I know he reviewed our initial design invoice, he reviewed our framing and was on the phone with our slab installer. And the final install had an issue after all this and he personally reviewed and got our project completed.

When we talk about small businesses providing excellent service, Matt exemplifies that concept - it is his business and he makes sure that he takes care of his customers.

PH&H has the best selection of products. I've had two warranty repairs (product faults) and they were very responsive, professional, and kept you informed when parts were needed. I would highly recommend them.

We're beyond satisfied with our wallet unit/fireplace!!! Randy and his team are absolutely amazing to work with, from the sales process to the installation...everything was seamless..The best customer service experience we've had in years!!!
