I was welcomed right away. I got my batteries replaced on 4 watches. I brought 5, but they determined that the watch was broken. They were helpful to give me guidance on getting the watch fixed. Watches were done quickly. I will be going back to get anything i needed with watches.
The only issue is the lack of parking. but it is not the businesses fault.

Rebuilt my Breitling automatic. I recommend them highly. I've had my watched serviced elsewhere before but never with this skill or attention to detail. They rebuilt the movement. I will not disclose the price but I consider the value to be excellent.

I've had 3 watches repaired/ serviced/refurbished here. Limited shop hours but make an appointment and they do the rest. Fair, complete and responsive.

I had a regulator wall clock that I needed repaired. The clock didn't keep time and the chimes were way off. I wanted the clock to be repaired and have the same type of chime. (Westminster chime) and when I messaged them originally they said I had to bring it in in order for them to see if they could repair it. They weren't 100percent sure without seeing it.

But I am so happy I found them. I was skeptical at first. I had spoken to 3 other clock shops and 1 said they didn't work on these types of clocks unless they were "antique", 1 shop said they were closed permanently, and the last said they couldn't repair it with the Westminster chime. I would have either had to pick another chime or have no chime.

They were friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. They have a repair warranty as well and said that if I have problems to give them a call or message them. This clock is sentimental to me because it was my grandparents and they had it for 60+ years before they passed away. I'm happy I was able to trust them with this clock and relieved that it has been restored to working order.

Apparently, these guys have the proper tools to open/close the back of my watch. It turned out a dead battery was the reason. A quick 10 minutes and $15 later I was on my way (note same price as 3 years ago from reviews).

I brought two vintage 1970s watches for crystal repair and service. Both were my father's watches and I had worn one of them everyday for several years in the 80s and 90s. Pacific In-2-Sta Watch and Crystal exceeded my expectations with authentic crystal replacements from the manufacturers and full servicing of the movements. The watches work like new again and I can enjoy them for several years! I am very pleased. I have one more watch to service and I will be bringing it to them very soon. I am so glad this business exists and they will get my watch repair business from now on!

I dropped off three watches for battery replacement. They were done within 30 minutes, and the price was reasonable as well ($15/ea). Im certain I will be back.

During Covid, it's best to call and make a reservation before you go.

Popped in here on the recommendation of Shreve and Co. I needed a battery in an expensive watch that they couldn't service for me. It looked iffy, but if Shreve is sending clients over here, I figured it was worth a try, and it was! In 2 min they had replaced the battery and I was out of there. $15.

After fixing my first watch which had a condensation issue about a year ago, I recently brought my mom's watch here for a band issue. Since it was the same brand as mine (Omega), I figured they'd know what to do.

This is a family run business started by the family patriarch (still active and present) with his son manning the counter. They were the authorized Rolex service company in Southeast Asia before they moved to the U.S. Bring your watch here and ask them to give you an estimate and appraise the work that you need to do on your precious watch (clean, replace parts, oil, etc.). They are very responsive in answering you questions and discussions repair or replacement options with you.

I recommend them for higher end watches that you treasure.

After all, with Fitbits and cellphones, who wears watches anymore?!
