Pacific Pest Management

I hired Pacific Pest Management to help with a rodent problem. Steven came and from day one was professional and obviously knowledgeable to take care of the problem on our property. A few issues surfaced, and they sent Steven back out. He cheerfully and thoroughly handled each one, and spent an entire additional day going over and beyond what I anticipated to make sure I was satisfied. Management also reached out to make sure things were done to my satisfaction.
Excellent results. I would certainly use and recommend Pacific Pest control and Steven again!

Pacific Pest Control has provided pest deterrent/control service for my residence off and on for several years. Minh Vo, the Operation Service Manager has responded quickly, and regardless of which employee that was dispatched, my situation was handled professionally. I will add that especially when hot weather makes a difficult task moreso, everyone has been polite and cleaned up the areas affected! Thank you to PPM for jobs well done.

We moved into a new place about two years ago that seems to always have ants wandering in when the weather changes. As things started to heat up this year, I finally got fed up with trying to fend off the ants by myself. I sent in a request to Pacific Pest Management for an appointment on Saturday and they got back to me on Monday saying they had appointments available the next day. The appointment window was from 11 AM to 1 PM and Kevin came at about 1130. He was really efficient and he sprayed our garage, backyard, house perimeter, and he even got the windows too. Ants were my main concern but he also wiped up some spiderwebs, which was really nice because I'm accidentally walking through webs all the time. They were running a special for $99 for every other month treatments, which was good for my budget too.

It was perfect that Pacific Pest Management was able to send someone out so quickly, because it got kind of warm in the days after Kevin came to spray. Every time it gets over 75° It seems like the ants send the whole squad into my house, but the high yesterday was 79° and I did not see any ants at all. I absolutely hate ants, and they cause me a lot of anxiety being all over my stuff, it was such a big relief to not see them! I wish I had pulled the trigger on this sooner!

After contacting several vendors, we decided to go with Pacific Pest Management to fumigate my parent's home as they were experiencing a termite infestation. They were competitive in their bidding, quick to respond, and we overall felt safe and educated during initial inquiries and communications.

It wasn't until contracts were sent over that we realized they contract the job out to subcontractors for the actual fumigation work. This honestly would not have been an issue for us if we didn't experience several major issues during and after the fumigation work including:

-Leaving the property unlocked and gate open after leaving the premise for the day.
-Damage to the property after fumigation that was not disclosed.
-Refusal to pay for said damages despite CCTV evidence and no liability waiver for that type of exterior damage on the contract.

While Pacific Pest Management helped to facilitate the discussions between us and the subcontractors, they ultimately forced us to chase the subcontractors for restitution. A process that took over 3 months, with multiple frustrated emails and calls.

On an unrelated note, after the termite fumigation, my parents experienced a massive ant infestation which they never had before. Did some Googling, and apparently all the dead termites become a significant food source for ants and attracts them to the home. They were never warned of this, as a heads up would have been appreciated to be able to take proactive measures in advance.

The gentleman that came to spray for my aunts get a wonderful job had a great personality and gave me a his phone number in case they were still there the next day, which they haven't been for over a week now so I don't expect to see them thank you so much for your great service.

We started hearing some scratches in the attic and called Pacific Pest Management right away. They are very responsive and have a great customer service. They scheduled an appointment right away and showed up in a couple of days. Kyle is very experienced and professional. He set up traps, sealed the entry points. In only a day we were able to catch 3 rats. I would highly recommend working with this company and Kyle!

Giovani Mora replaced rodent infested insulation in the crawl space under our 100 year old house -- not an easy task. He arrived on time and finished when promised. Best of all, he did an amazing job, getting into two separate affected areas through very small openings. He also did a great job cleaning up after removing all of the old insulation. Definitely 5 star service.

I love this service as much as I hate spiders. It's like charlottes web over here guys and I tried to manage it on my own but I needed help! Pacific pest management is awesome, and keeps my enemies away. Recently the spiders came back right after a spray and I called them to ask for help and they came back and did a free re-spray. They were super thorough and nice. The customer service here is SO GOOD and the spiders are fighting for their lives.

Great service, good communication and solved our ant problem. Not required to sign a long contract. I messaged 2 other businesses who didn't reply. Glad to support this local business instead of the national chains.

I highly recommend Pacific Pest Management. Steven BLEVIN serviced our home and successfully removed a wood rat first attempt. We had 2 competitors service the home roughly 8 times with no success. We are so grateful to have this unwanted visitor out of our home.

Steven is very knowledgeable and also has construction experience which was very helpful in understanding how to work around barriers protecting the rodent.
