I have an unusual project at my home. I reached out to Pacific States Petroleum and received a return call from Jeff Guy within an hour. He made arrangements for a conference call with their safety technician, Glen. Although my project does not fall within the parameters of their business, they spent over 15 minutes discussing my project and exploring my options. I found them to be knowledgeable, safety oriented and very generous with their time.

Lots of five-star reviews, so I won't change the trend. But note: they NO LONGER HAVE DRIVE UP PROPANE FILLING. I went out to get a few BBQ tanks filled, and found that both their main office and the location a previous reviewer mentioned had no propane filling facilities. I called their office and they confirmed that they no longer have a staffed filling location - only delivery service. And they were very helpful to direct me to a friendly Chevron station in Concord that does fill propane tanks.

I stop here to fill my food truck propane. Can beat the price. They're fast, cheap, and friendly. A hard combo to find in any biz.

Never thought I would leave a 5-star review for a propane refill, but what an easy experience. The employee saw me driving in and came out to meet me at the propane station, payment was done via a mobile device, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience today at Pacific States, which seems like an odd thing to write about a propane company. The young technician kindly filled my bbq propane tank, and shared hints on bbq'ing and using my new tank. Best price around and easily the best service. Also, very bikeable as it is only 200' away from the Iron Horse Trail. Will definitely be returning and telling my friends!

Address is actually 222 Hookston Road. If you go to the address listed all you will find is a business park and no gas! Great service though!

I went to Pacific states petroleum on a Friday around 7 pm to fill up my propane tank for bbq. The guy working there (forget his name but started with an R) was extremely accommodating and so nice even through it was after hours..he filled up our tank with a smile. Great customer service. I'll defo be coming here from now on to fill up my tank! :)

I could not have received better service. These guys are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. The prices are very reasonable and propane was only $3 per gallon. I brought in a full tank with a bad seal and they emptied the tank and replaced the valve. An elite group of people.
