Pacific Termite

I give them 5 stars because their inspector came out, did a full inspection, then informed me I didn't have a termite problem, only wood rot, that should be treated. I thanked him and it was awesome. I'd just had an outrageous experience with another extermination company who were total low grade crooks, Western Exterminators! Stay away from them! But Pacific has my vote and when I need a pest control company I will definitely hire these guys.

Simon and his team were excellent. Great customer service, fast, efficient, on time and they communicate everything clearly..

I love that they put secondary locks on all of your doors and you can keep your keys to your home.

Their pricing is great and you get a two-year warranty.

Also, the office staff is very supportive and our original contact person for the initial inspection was Kevin who did a great job as well.

I highly recommend Pacific Termite!!!!

Pacific Termite fumigated our home and we are pleased with the results as the process was rather smooth. The price for the fumigation was competitive, so we were pleased with that. In addition, we also had the company also make some repairs on our wooden deck which needed some restoration repair which we were pleased with. From start to finish it was great working with Scott and Pacific Termite. I would recommend the company.

The estimator could have upsold us for a whole tenting nightmare, but took the time to honestly explain what kinds of infestations require tenting and that we needed spot treating.

The team was punctual and thorough. All infested areas in the estimate, plus others they found were treated/wood replaced as needed. They left our place better than when they arrived.

I had requested several termite companies for inspection, and Pacific Termite was by far the most thorough and detailed. Their solution also included fixing the damaged wood, which was a great plus.

Their work was as others have said in the review. Very professional and smooth.

I chose the spot treatment option. Hopefully this will be effective.

Went with these guys due to good yelp reviews and seeing them working around our neighborhood (mar vista). They tented our house and warned us there might be some damage to the tile on the roof. Ended up being very minimal damage which was nice. Fixed a bunch of termite damage including damage that was missed in the initial inspection for the same price as the quote - even though they found quite a bit more than initially quoted. The guy who was in charge of the job was a great communicator and I really enjoyed working with him. The touch up paint job wasn't the best so star docked on some messy work but ultimately happy with the job especially for all of the extra work they did.

I got several recommendations from our community FB page and had a few companies come and do estimations. They were all nice and came out with pretty much in the similar price ranges. We decided to go with Pacific Termite. The inspector was nice, very thorough, professional, and honest.
The workers seemed experienced and were very very very thorough. My hubby couldn't stop praising them.
Btw, we decided not to tent but did dry wood and subterranean treatment.
I would highly highly recommend Pacific Termite.

We first worked with Pacific Termite when we bought our house for the initial inspection and treatment of drywood termites and they were very professional and affordable. A few years later we found out that we had subterranean termites too and they were once again very helpful, prompt, and professional. From the person who did the initial consultation and estimate to the technician who did the work on the day of the treatment, it was a smooth process and very well explained. He also patched up everything and cleaned up nicely. And their price was also very competitive. We had gotten an estimate from another company too and they were a lot more.

I gave a 5-star review of Pacific Termite in 2021 and since moving to a new home we continue to use that company because we are very pleased with their service. This time I want to complement Pacific Termite on the honesty of their employees. Yesterday we had our annual termite inspection that included attics. The lead inspector handed me a $100 bill! He said they found it in one of the attics. This is just one more reason I recommend Pacific Termite. I trust the company and its inspectors to give me honest advice about our home.
