Can you beat getting home in a Tesla? We were picked up at San Francisco Airport in a shiny new Tesla by Gary, the owner. We loved it! Imagine going down 280 in a quiet, amazingly fast Tesla, enjoying the beautiful views 280 has to offer. We also had a great drive going up to the airport from Palo Alto with Victor driving a Town Car. It was so much better than parking my car, trekking over the the airport in a shuttle, etc. Thank you Gary and Victor! We will call you next time we travel!

We decided to get a car service for 3 couples who were going to dinner and to the ELO concert on the day of the event.

I wasn't confident we would be able to get a car but Gary came through for us! We got their very large SUV and had his driver CK drive us. Everything went smoothly and they even had champagne glasses for us as we had to do a little pre party celebration as it was my wife's birthday as well. He showed up almost 10 min early and got us down to SJ in good time.

Gary was very personable and I felt like I knew him for a long time even though it was for the first time. He followed up with us even during our ride to make sure everything was going smoothly.

I highly recommend Palo Alto Limo for your special occasions!

Whenever my VIP guests come to bay area, I used Palo Alto Limo service for them. My guest always were satisfied with the service. Especially, the drivers were so friendly and respectful. Also, always same service quality.
If anyone asks me to recommend Limo service, I always say "Use Palo Alto Limo".

We used Palo Alto Limo for our wedding transportation to and from the hotel and the venue. We rented a mini bus to "shuttle" our guests so that they would not have to worry about driving. I was pleased with the office staff as they were very helpful and responsive to my questions. The rate was also really good considering.

The one star review stems from them showing up at the venue and calling me telling me there was nobody to pick up. Obviously there is nobody to pick up because you're supposed to be at the hotel and not the venue. Our guests were waiting at the hotel for a shuttle that showed up SUPER late. Our guests needed to scramble to find a rides to the wedding and some even missed the beginning of our reception, which is inexcusable to me. We wanted our guests to have a seamless experience and instead they were left to frantically figure out how to get to the wedding themselves.

The next day they called and asked for payment and didn't even apologize for the disaster they created. Turns out the driver didn't even tell the office staff about the fiasco. They were sorry once we told them what happened and offered a discount on their services, but common, they basically ruined our wedding and created unnecessary stress and drama on our wedding day. I would not recommend them to anyone for a wedding. I'm sure it fine if you need a party bus to take you to a bar or for airport transportation, but definitely not for a wedding.

Love this limo service! Definitely the best that my husband and I have run across. Online booking was easy, and the process was clear. Scheduling confirmation was received within the hour.

They pick you up and have a bottle of water waiting for you. The cars are clean and comfortable. They ask if this is your first visit, and if so point out some places of interest. Loved that they could 'read' their clients and be chatty.... or not, based on the client's mood and need (sometimes an overly chatty driver can be an annoyance).

One of the fabulous cars they have to offer is a Tesla. Yeah, that's right.... you might get picked up in a Tesla. Who doesn't want to see one of those in action, huh!??!

Payment is easy with the credit card and an invoice is received within hours of drop off (which is perfect for the business traveler).

Am I missing anything? Gary is the owner and he's super nice. My husband has used this service a few times since our initial visit. He will continue to use the service whenever he has business in the area!

I'm starting this review before actually using the service. I called this morning, fairly early, and was greeted pleasantly by Gary. It's highly possible he didn't have his coffee yet, but he was courteous, professional, and got ALL of the details correct. I don't have a common name, so to get the spelling correct and email address correct in one and a half tries is impressive to me.

So far, I'm impressed. I will update this review once I have officially used their service. Fingers crossed that I will be able to bump the stars up to FIVE.

I have not used a limo service for years, but decided to give Palo Alto Limo a shot to assure an on-time trip to the airport. Wow, what a success! I was picked up on time by a great driver with a beautiful black Suburban, beautifully cared for . This company is terrific.

We had a great experience working with Palo Alto Limo for our wedding. We wanted a shuttle to do multiple rounds and help take people back to the hotel, and the entire process of booking was easy and straightforward. No complaints here!

I ordered a car this morning from Palo Limo. Leslie, the young woman who helped me book the care was courteous, professional and polite. I forgot to say how helpful she was.

I am very impressed with this company and my friend uses it all the time.

My flight leaves at 6:20. I know my driver will be here at 4 am. I'm not a morning person, so I hope he doesn't expect conversation. As long as I make my flight, and I'm sure that I will, it could be a very quiet ride.

Requested an online quote to and from SFO. Got a price back within minutes. Did the booking online, and received a prompt follow-up from Gary.

ZK, our driver, arrived ten minutes early, in a super-clean Suburban... bonus! He was very friendly and professional, in both demeanor and attire. Dropped us off at baggage check-in, with our bags on the curb. Painless.

We were pleasantly surprised to have ZK pick us up for the return trip, as well. PA Limo requested our flight info in advance, so they could follow status. As soon as the plane landed, ZK texted us to let us know he was standing by. Once we'd retrieved our bags, we sent him a text, and waited less than a minute outside before he rolled up. Again... painless!

Lastly, PA Limo's pricing is great.

We were initially worried about taking a transportation service to the airport - we usually leave our car in long-term parking - but Palo Alto Limo confirmed that our fears were unwarranted. We will absolutely use them for our limo needs in the future. You should use them, too ; )

First, the staff that helped me book a roundtrip ride for my aunts were great. We had lot of changes to the reservation, mostly last minute, and PA Limo really bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Next, the driver texted me when he arrived at their house, early, so they knew he was there. He opened the door for them and helped them in the car. My aunts are chatty and I think they talked about Italy the whole way from San Francisco to San Jose. They got to their destination quickly and happily.

The pick up went about the same. Texted when he arrived for them and then helped them to the car. This time, they were bringing back some flower arrangements from the baby shower and he was nice to hold them while my aunts got into the car. All around good sport. They called when they got home to say their driver was fabulous! His name was Carston, and we send out a big thank you to him!

I will be using PA Limo any time we need a car service in the future!
