Horrible. We bought a new refrigerator and it ended up being really loud. We were sentenced to have RO come out and fix it. Ray and his son said there was nothing wrong with it and did not even touch the fridge nor did they leave any paper work. We reviewed our fridge at several locations such as University Electric, Airport, and IBD in Santa Cruz. It was like night and day. Our fridge was much much louder than all the showroom models. This guy Ray wants to just make money and not do any work and be responsible. Said he had been doing it for a long time. Maybe he needs a hearing aid. Receptionist also lack luster. I would not trust this company.
