Victor has fixed my Samsung dryer a few times over the last couple years. Different issues, all from wear and tear.

He's on time and does quality work. He explains the breakdown of material and costs beforehand. Never leaves a mess. All around nice fella:)

I can't say enough by how pleased I was by Victor's work on my leaky washing machine.

I sent him a text message on Monday afternoon (after waiting 24 hours with no response from a different repair person) He got back in touch with me right away and we set up an appointment on Friday - he apologized about the long wait, but he said he has been very busy. Day of the appointment he called me and said he could come earlier. Sweet!

He was professional, did a thorough diagnosis of the problem (it was as I suspected) and was able to fix it right away. I liked that he was very upfront with the flat $99 fee for the diagnosis. He asked me questions about what was happening and as he was working on the machine, explained what was wrong.

Overall, I felt the charge was very reasonable for the work done. Yes, I would definitely use his services again for any and all of my applianes.

Victor is fantastic! Several months ago he completed work on my LG front load washer. I first had him out for an issue with a leak from the detergent dispenser drawer. He spent a fair amount of time checking the washer and drawer. He made some adjustments and it was not leaking. It did start leaking again so he replaced the drawer housing unit. It has been working great since the repair was completed.

Victor had looked at my previous washer three years ago but I decided to replace rather than repair. I was impressed with him then because he took video of the issue so that I could better understand what the malfunction.

Victor is always on time, friendly, honest, reliable and efficient. I would have him out again and recommend him to everyone.

Victor was amazing! He was able to come out on a Saturday, and explained all of the diagnostic testing he was doing to assess the issue with my dryer. He was able to solve the problem on his first visit, and after 2 months I finally have a functioning dryer. I would absolutely recommend him!

Had a dishwasher issue that I couldn't fix on my own, so I had to call a professional. The Appliance Repair Guy was easy to communicate with and was able to get me scheduled relatively quickly. Best of all, he was prompt and put in some extra effort to diagnose the problem and solved it!

Only positive things to say! Victor responded to my call the next morning and we scheduled a service appointment for my oven repair. He offered a 1 hour window which was very convenient and arrived right on time. He was quick to diagnose my issue and was in and out in under 45 minutes. I felt the price was very fair and I like how he offers a 1 year warranty on the parts. He was also very helpful in suggesting other businesses in town that may be willing to take my additional, inoperable oven off my hands. I would definitely recommend this business for any oven repairs you need!

What a pleasant surprise. My LG washing machine was squeezing so I called LG and they directed me to a tv repair shop in Reno. After talking to the guy at the shop I knew it was a no go so I checked out reviews here and went with this company.

I got a call back, scheduled the appointment and was so happy when he got here when he said he would.

Of course the machine stopped making the noise and all he did was look at it. We talked a bit about what it might be and decided to wait until it got bad.

He charged me for the visit and that was it. He could easily have told me parts were needed and more work was needed but he didn't. This was over a month ago. It's refreshing to find an honest repair guy. I highly recommend him
