I ended up not needing their service but I wanted to leave a quick review. I had an incident in the early morning where a rock, or object, hit my car windshield. I requested a quote not thinking I'd get a response till way later but I got a message with in an hour like the page suggests. Not only that but he also provided some much needed information. I really appreciate the quick response as this needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Hopefully I won't need this service in the near future but if I do, I'll be checking with this location to see if they are able to assist.

Communication is superb, customer service is outstanding, appointment was hassle free next day (had to pick up a part from LA and I called around closing). Part arrived on time and I even received a curtesy call. Vehicle was ready in a surprisingly fast time. This is my second time going through this company & second time being more than satisfied. Great workers create great work.

I had a crack in my windowshield. He tried filling it, but it got worse so he made it up to me and replaced the window for a reasonable price. I would recommend this business.

Park Auto Glass has fixed 2 windshields and replaced 1 for us. Alan the technician was polite and efficient. We had a new windshield in, in no time. On time and professional services. Recommend Alan or Jesse for your Auto Glass needs. Jesse did a rock chip repair on our camaro, looks good as new.

After reading several reviews, I stopped by to have some window trim work on my classic car. The owner was in the office working and immediately stopped what he was doing and came outside to look at my car. In a matter of 15 minutes my car was done. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend. A+++

My front windshield needed to be replaced due to rocks hitting my windshield on the freeway. When I worked with my insurance they had initially paired me with safelite to replace my windshield. They gave me an appointment day a week and a half after the incident occurred. What was I going to do? Drive around with a cracked windshield for that whole week? The reasoning was that my car was new and it was going to take some time to order the new windshield.

I was recommended to this place from a Toyota of Orange technician. I called and the guy that answered the phone told me that my insurance was covered, and that he would estimate a repair date 5 days sooner than safelite. Long story short, I changed the repair to this shop and he stayed by his word. The only thing he wasn't able to do was the calibration to my windshield which he was extremely upfront about.

We have dealt with Park Auto Glass on multiple occasions and, each time, their service has been excellent and their prices are fair. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a quality product, with outstanding customer service and prices, you have to check them out. We won't use anyone else.

So I needed a new windshield. If you're a customer of 21st century auto/farmers then this is an affiliate shop which means their warranties are different than those at a non-affiliate shop. This is a family owned business, extremely efficient. The man who runs it was kind enough to give me a ride to a local coffee shop while the work was done since there's no waiting room. It took a couple hours. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here. Windshield replacement is too important to trust to just any shop.

This is a family owned business. I have taken my car in for a window crack repair twice. Both times I've been very pleased with the service. One time the staff was not happy with the outcome of my repair so they didn't charge me full price. This showed me that they want to provide excellent service to their customers. It's not close to my house but I was willing to make the drive. If my window ever needs service again, I will absolutely take it back to this location. I like to support small businesses.
