$2 every 20 mins which comes out to $6 per hour. Max price is $24 for the day.

If I have to park for the entire day it makes sense but for a few hours it's better to go with a meter or one of the many free spots in the area. If it was a little cheaper I'd probably use it more often or buy a monthly pass.

There are some cheaper lots nearby for $15 or $20 per day but they are uncovered. Here you are paying for the benefit of the covered and safe garage (especially nice when it is cold or rainy outside). I also like that it isn't packed - I never have to drive around in circles or on multiple levels looking for an open space; I usually have my choice of spots.

I believe they close the garage at 9pm though I haven't stayed late enough to experience that.

My car has always been safe and I haven't had any issues in or near the garage. I've noticed a security guard that hangs out on the second floor which is good. There is occasionally a person at the front desk but that is hit or miss. Once I've had to call for help on the intercom because I lost my ticket and they helped me remotely. It was very easy.

Overall I'd say it's a little pricey but I feel safe and comfortable parking here.

The pricing information at Parking Concepts Inc.'s entrance was deceptive. Although the advertised weekend rate was $2 per hour, I was actually charged $5 per hour. Furthermore, they do not offer fractional-hour billing. As a result, despite only exceeding the four-hour mark by a few minutes, I was billed for the entire fifth hour.

Parked my car here the other day and it was an interesting experience. The lot was in "valet assist" mode at 7:45 am. I luckily was able to snag the last self-parking spot!

Rates are $2 per 20 minutes up to $20/day. They do close by 9 pm during the week and take credit cards.

...their ticket that I pulled out did say that they are not responsible for damage...but what if they are valeting the car?!?

Their garage damaged my car and they refused to accept responsibility. The entrance to their Berkeley garage has a low clearance, a little over 6 feet. The metal gate at the entrance actually closed while my car was entering the garage and crushed parts of my car's roof. I called their office and filled out their claim form, even emailed and called again to follow up. 3 weeks have passed and they have yet to respond. Absolutely despicable business practice.

PCI (Parking Concepts, Inc.) is a Southern California based company that's added a 650 Townsend location to its portfolio. Fantastic, safe and well-managed parking structure with retail, shuttle and corporate parking solutions. Friendly, knowledgeable and detail-oriented staff. Reasonable long-term and short-term parking rates...but monthly type of parking is their specialty.

They're still expanding on their services at this location, but will be interesting to see their transportation solutions / ideas.

      Park at your own risk!!!

Parked at one of the lots they operate in Oakland because the lot had a sign saying they accept online payment through the QuickPay mobile app. Once I paid through QuickPay after parking, I had a receipt emailed instantly to me. Half an hour later, Parking Concepts had left a citation on my car for "No Payment in Meter" demanding the parking fee that I had already paid plus a $25 service charge. When I called Parking Concepts' phone number on the citation, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then said I had to email them a copy of my QuickPay receipt and the citation and that they will look into it.

One of their valets just attempted to scam us out of $50. I prepaid $20.00 online for a reserve parking spot. There were open spots, so we tried to park in a spot but the valet came over and told us to park in the front of the garage. We showed him our receipt that we paid and he said we were fine. We went to the game and came back to get our car, but the valet ran up to my brother and took his keys from his hand. He told us we were parked illegally (even though this was where he told us to park) and had to pay him $50. We called him a scammer and my 62 year old father attempted to grab my brother's keys back. The valet claimed he was assaulted and pretended like he was going to call the cops. He continued to threaten us saying "you'd better watch out because you were drinking". We weren't. His manager came out before I could call the police (he was all talk, just part of the scam). She was more reasonable and let us go, probably aware that her valet is a scumbag. Do not park at this lot!

I used to pay $25 less per month directly to the landlord of the building I rent my parking spot in. Then PCI came in to handle the money laundering and my rent went up. Then after being offered a free month by signing up with PCI, I received my key two weeks into the month on the 13th, and was told no they don't pro-rate my rent is due on the 1st, so instead of getting a free month I only got 17 free days. Then I set up automatic payment so I wouldn't be bothered with worrying whether my rent was paid ontime or not, and several months ago without warning, without any notice in the mail, no phonecall no nothing, they abruptly changed their billing procedure and stopped debiting my account for payment. FOUR MONTHS went by when I casually opened up a monthly email statement to notice my account had not been paid the last 4 months, and they wanted $900. Had I not brought this up to manager Tsertse Tsefaya this problem would certainly have continued. After first offering me a credit and payment plan to resolve this issue, and after mailing several checks for past months rent, not only has Tesfaya refused to deposit those checks I mailed several weeks ago, he now has redacted his earlier offer of a credit and payment plan and is demanding full payment. I was going to mail this months rent check but since he hasnt deposited the last two checks I mailed it's clear he wont deposit this new one either. Looks like Im going to have a courtcase to drag this foreigner douchebag into. 25 Division st 107 is his office folks.
