      This repair shop was assigned to perform warranty work on my LG tv and feel fortunate to have them do the repair.

      Sean was very friendly and cordial in diagnosing my issue over the initial call. Texted him pictures of the screen problem and he ordered the part right away.

      He and his partner then came out to replace the screen upon receiving the replacement from LG. They were very professional and took great care working around my living room and meticulous in their work.

      Sean and his company are a gem in this industry. Most major appliances and electronics company after sales and warranty repair channels are notoriously terrible and can be a nightmare to deal with.

      I can say this experience single handedly restored my confidence in LG TVs. LG should feel very proud and reward their repair shops as good as Sean's as he's a great asset to have which reflects to LGs overall customer service reputation.

      This repair shop gets the job done--no nonsense, no delays. Sean diagnosed my TV's issue in a single call, ordered the part without any fuss, and had it replaced promptly. His professionalism was evident, and he navigated around my living room with precision. It's rare to find such efficiency in this industry. LG should recognize the value Sean brings to their brand.

      Took a day to diagnose. Turns out need power board replacement. They had one in stock so able to replace within hours. TV works great now.

      So yeah, everything that everyone else said. 5+ stars out of 5. Don't be fooled by appearances. This is a small shop at the end of a long row of small auto body, auto repair, window tinting, etc., shops, and it's a very old school business, just 2 guys with a lot of TVs stacked up in the shop.
      I thought TV repair was a thing of the past and that the best option was to just purchase a new TV if your current one broke down. I called P4P about my 3-year old 55" TCL Roku TV that had lost video but still had power and audio. When I described the problem, Sean (I guess) knew immediately what it was, gave me a quote of $180 over the phone, said it would take a few days to get parts. It's the Thursday before the Super Bowl, so when I drop off the TV, I jokingly say, I guess I'll have to find someplace to watch the game. He chuckles. He writes my first name - just the first name - and phone number on an address label and sticks it to my TV. He doesn't hand me a work order, no paper at all, just, we'll call you when it's ready.
      On Friday morning, they left a message on my phone saying my TV is ready to pick up. It turns out they had the part in stock. The TV works like new. In the meantime, we have an invitation to watch the game with friends, so it's a win-win. Go 9ers!

      Our 83" Sony OLED suddenly wouldn't power on. I was looking at thousands to replace it. Contacted Parts4Pros and the next day it was working for a small fraction of what a new one would have cost. They were fast, knowledgeable, and left only a perfectly working TV and a good impression.

      Our Samsung TV broke with black screen of death, though sound was completely fine. Parts4Pro team troubleshooted issue to main board and fixed it in 24 hrs. Price is reasonable and quality is good. They save me from spending $$$ on new TV as fix works like charm.

      Will recommend them and use them if needed in the future.

      My 85" Samsung TV suddenly couldn't turn on without standby red light. I logged a ticket with Samsung support but they can only come after 1 week. I called Parts4Pros next day Saturday, Sean and Robert came to my house after 2 hours and they diagnosed it's due to power supply issue. Sean took the power supply board back and spent 1 hour for further checking and found only few components need to change instead of replacing the entire board which saved me few hundred dollars [Samsung Power Supply is extremely expensive for my TV model and Samsung Support charges $365 in their quote]. I am highly recommending Sean and his team for their professionalism, very fast turnaround, and the excellent customer service. They are the BEST!
