Choosing Patagonia for our water purification needs was a decision we're immensely grateful for. After extensive research and stumbling upon their stellar Yelp reviews, we were greeted by Eduardo, whose expertise and guidance made the entire process seamless. Communication was impeccable throughout, and the installation, overseen by Eduardo himself, was executed flawlessly. His dedication didn't end there; he even took the extra step to ensure our system was functioning optimally post-installation. We haven't used Eduardo's services (yet), but this review is for his top-notch professionalism. We called to inquire about repair services for an existing water softener in our home, and Eduardo walked us through, over the phone, exactly what was going on and why repair was not an option. We are still deciding on next steps, but it was refreshing to speak with someone who was not only knowledgable but also willing to share that knowledge with no guarantee of future business (and no insistence on an in-person consultation). I was looking to install RO water filter and did lot of research and finally decided to go with Pantagonia water system and that was my best decision made.
Eduardo is very responsive and explained all details and sent Nelson to install the system. I must say that Nelson is very polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. Made sure to clean the surface and all work was neatly done. I highly recommend their water services and I am glad I found them! Worth the money and the water quality is superb!

It's been a month since I had Patagonia install a full house water softener and RO unit and the quality has stood up to the price. Ed and Jose helped install the tank for a few hours and worked very diligent and were on time. They answered all my questions and made themselves available even after the installation in case I needed any help or any errors occurred.

I definitely recommend Patagonia for all your water needs. My skin feels softer, I use less product in my hair and face. And overall my drinking water needs are fully satisfied and my quality of life has improved a great amount! Thank you.

12 month review:

Eduardo was very informative and educated me on my options before install. I have a tandem garage, and they were able to install it very close to the wall. Very clean and professional looking instal. No leaks one yr later.

My water heater should last longer now as well not being subjected to hard water build-up. I flushed it few months ago, and the flush hardly had any deposits (my water heater had already been exposed to hard water for 1+ yr prior to install)

I already forgot what south San Jose hard water looks like in my home - it's been working fine ever since. Dishes and shower are water spot free also.

Might take some getting used to the slimy feel in the shower, and soaps lather much easily now. Your soaps last longer too. My skin and hair are much happier.

There's only two of us using water here, so the initial salt they provided has lasted us to this point, with approx 1 foot of salt left! I only refilled for the first time with a 50lb bag to the brine tank today (half filled now).

It's nice to know Eduardo is only one text message away, and remains responsive every few months when I ask questions. Great with customers.

A very honest person and service. I did not have the need to use their service, but I had a talk with them for guidance on how to resolve the issue I was having with water flow. Appreciate the quick call and a genuine suggestion.

About a year ago I was in the market for a whole house water conditioning system. I explored almost every option. Finally, I decided to go with Patagonia Water Conditioning. Honestly, it is an excellent system. The water result is excellent - soft and conditioned nicely. The conditioning system consumes about a bag of salt pellets a month. I get each bag for under $8 from local hardware stores. The installation process was smooth and clean. They used all copper pipes and the final result was a work of art. I actually enjoyed watching the craftsmanship of the installer. I am happy to give them five stars and highly recommend them.

Easy to work with, scheduled and completed the job in a friendly and professional months ago - the system works great. 100 percent recommended! I think the gentleman that was here is the owner, and he came to do the work in our garage by himself. Neat and clean job, very knowledgeable. He was able to find some needed pipe connections that others couldn't.

Eduardo is excellent & educated us about possible options in a budget friendly manner. He didn't seem to rub more expensive options. Very genuine and polite professional. I'm glad for choosing Patagonia. Thanks to Eduardo!! definitely recommend him.
