I walked in here one hour before closing time for an oil change, and my car was finished within a half hour! It was about $74 for a full synthetic oil change. First-time customers can get 10% off labor, so that saved me about $2 (actually only $1.70).

The $50 for $65 Yelp certificate isn't a current deal anymore, so don't buy that.

Salvador was very polite. Maggie was fast and detailed to respond to my quote inquiries over Yelp. Comfortable waiting room.

First-time customers can get a free gift. As of May 2024, current Paul 777 swag includes a large water bottle, colorful carabiner keychains, and a bottle opener keychain. I feel like I already have too many water bottles and keychains at home, so I picked the bottle opener. I probably was supposed to pick the other higher valued and more eye-catching gifts. Very nice of the business.

Paul 777 has other locations, including an auto body shop in Albany. They would tow your car back and forth between Roseville and Albany if you decided to do that.

Paul 777 Auto Repair can do 30/60/90 K services, alignment, diagnostics, AC services, brakes, and tires. Very convenient that you can walk in, whereas my dealership was booking appointments a month out and maybe 1.5 weeks out for an oil change. You can also book appointments if you prefer.

I had my belts changed out here and oil changed out some months ago. This shop did a great job, people at the front desk were nice and I don't have any complaints.

8 months later my belts were starting to squeal so I called and had check them out. They were still under warranty so I requested for them to be changed out. I got another oil change, and the shop changed out my belts since they were still under warranty. They didn't give me a hassle for wanting them changed out, so I'm happy there are still some mechanic shops that value their word when it comes to warranty work.

I'll definitely come back for any future services.

Current Review. My 2009 Honda Odyssey has about 163,000 miles on it, and I was experiencing some unusual steering wheel vibration when driving. I also decided to get new front struts and a wheel alignment at this advanced mileage. I brought the van in to the shop on April 25, 2024. Salvador test drove the van and thought the front brake rotors might be warped based on the vibration in the steering wheel, so the mechanic put in the new struts and new brake rotors, and then did the wheel alignment. The brake rotors were replaced at no cost under warranty.

After a test drive, Salvador and the mechanic decided the steering wheel vibration was not corrected by the replacement of the brake rotors, so they began to look for other possible causes and eventually found a small abnormal movement in the right inner CV joint which connects the transmission to the CV axle. I came back to the shop the following morning and had the axle changed out for a new one. This corrected the problem.

I am very pleased with the work that was done replacing the struts, the fact that I was not charged for the replacement of the brake rotors, and the diligent effort to track down the source of the steering wheel vibration. I also appreciated Salvador's determination to show me the actual source of the vibration underneath the raised vehicle, and the difference in the old and new axle parts after the old one was removed. There is a very friendly and helpful attitude in this shop that sets it apart from most auto repair shops. I highly recommend this shop, and especially Salvador.

Amazing customer service and repair work every time! I have a Mercedes, so I know things are expensive, but they always quote me reasonable prices that outbid all other repair shops in the area. They never disappoint, highly recommend!!

Great experience with Mr Paul, my wife's entry level Mercedes (C-class) warranty has expired and I needed a reputable shop that can do all the required services the right way, spoke to Mr Paul a week before my first oil change visit, there was no appointment necessary and I made sure I was the first one in, (9am) spoke to him directly and he got my car serviced asap, he completed the work in about an hour and he replaced everything within manufacturer's recommendation (correct oil and filter) and he charged me 200$ less than the dealership and got me out in a decent time frame, so I can enjoy my weekend with my family.

Maggie and the entire staff were extremely accommodating. The quote I was provided was exactly what we were charged (replace battery). I dropped the car off at 8:30am after coordinating with Maggie and it was completed by 9:45am. The office called me to notify us the vehicle was ready for pickup.

Quick job. Seems they open some minutes before the scheduled time. So if you have the opening time slot- I THINK you can show up early and they might start earlier? I showed up 3 minutes before opening and someone else's car was already being worked on. Regardless. My 4 wheel alignment was done in about 45 minutes after I gave them keys! Pretty good. Price is reasonable too. A/c and water in the waiting room. I'd recommend.

I got a flat tire on my new tires when I was at an appointment out in Roseville (I live downtown). So I quickly checked yelp for a recommendation of somewhere to go. I called to see if my tire could be fixed and my alignment fixed right away and they said that they could see me and to head over. The building came up quick on the street so I accidently passed it and it was a pain to get back to it (especially when on a flat tire). They were able to help me right away.

After they checked my alignment, they said that it did need to be fixed. They even walked me over to my car to explain what they were talking about and show me on their computer screen details about what was needed. I had my two dogs with me so I asked about walking in the neighborhood (wanted to know if it was safe) and they mentioned that there was a walking train just at the end of the street. It was a pretty nice trail to walk along while I waited.

While they fixed my alignment, they put my tire in water to try to figure out why it was leaking and determined there was a crack in my wheel/rim that was causing it. They circuled it and gave me ideas for either repairing or ordering a new one. They were very nice and helpful.

Salvador was awesome! He really helped us understand exactly what was wrong with our car. Super professional and easy to talk to. He really took the time to answer a lot of our questions and discuss our different options! Then when we picked our car up after service he was able to show us the old parts and exactly what was causing the problem. So nice to have someone SHOW you what work they did. Would 100% recommend this company. All the workers were very nice and the front desk was super friendly.

My car was making a loud screeching sound called on Thursday to see if I could bring it in Friday morning. They were able to accommodate me. Brought my car in about 930a they quickly diagnosed the problem I had been asking my regular mechanic about for several months. The price was a little more than I anticipated to pay but it was ready by 4p. My car is now driving better than it has in a long time. I also appreciated Salvador answering additional questions I had about the service.
