Several decades ago while working on contract in South Asia I was gifted a beautiful handmade carpet. My mother loved it so I gave it to her and she enjoyed it for years. When she passed I loaned it to a friend to brighten up a dingy basement suite. The years of kids and pets and parties left the carpet a "bit" stained and dirty.

When I dropped it off for cleaning Amin took my phone number and promised a return within 10 days. A week later when I walked in he smiled and said "I have a new carpet for you"... he was right it sparkled like it was its young self again. It was amazing, no stains, vibrant colour, even the tassels were white again! And when he told me the price it was far too reasonable.

Couldn't recommend the service more. And he didn't make me feel like a bad carpet parent for its disreputable shape when I brought it in for care (G).

After my beloved mother passed away this year I brought in a beautiful Chinese carpet she had inherited from her parents and which she had passed on to me. It had two small tears and many very small areas which had lost wool and needed replacement. Amin, who I believe is the proprietor of the store explained to me the process for repairing and cleaning the rug and the cost. Amin is such a lovely, gracious man and I appreciated his clarity around the process of repair and for the fantastic price. I was so happy with the work done I immediately took in 2 more carpets for cleaning and repair and will continue to come here. Thank you Amin for restoring my mother's beautiful Chinese carpet so beautifully!
