I had a different vendor come out to "fix" my a/c but it didn't go well. I needed someone I could trust that was very knowledgeable and thankfully I found PDS. Vince was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and transparent about the issues and process to fix the issues. They needed parts which got here earlier than expected and Vince worked very late on a Friday evening to make sure we had a working a/c before the hot weekend. Beyond grateful for Vince and PDS. I'd highly recommend to anyone in the Central Valley.

I needed a quick quote on a plumbing repair due to a huge leak in an upstairs toilet. I used the Yelp create a project feature to request quotes. PDS was able to offer me a next-day free quote so I booked it. The morning of the scheduled visit, a tech didn't show up so I called. After a brief snafu in the Yelp to PDS scheduling system, they found my request and told me a tech would be at my door within 30 min. A tech showed up & diagnosed the problem within 1 minute. He was so kind & sweet. He offered to explain to me what a bidet was because I started to ask why would the bidet be the issue, but thankfully I know, lol. Within a half hour, I had the repair estimate & a diagnosis-all for free. I would use them again. They emailed me detailed copies of the information which was super useful too.

Water heater needed a new shutoff valve, stainless steel supply tubes, and drainage piping that increased the estimate by 10%, so the job took over two hours to complete. Rheem 50-gallon water heater now supplies hot water faster than our old one that lasted 20 years. Total cost was still $200 cheaper than other estimates.

PDS to the rescue!!! We have a family of 5 and Our A/C went out in 110 degree heat. PDS had our A/C tested, troubleshot, fixed, and back up in no time.
