Peace Limousine & Car Service

Limos and Prom. I chose Peace Limousine (5-hour prom package) to transport our daughter and her friends to their Sr. Prom at SF AT&T Park. The owner, Ahmed was friendly and shared my concerns about this evening's event in these young people's lives. He was professional and caring, and readily available to assist, in answering questions, or resolving any problems. The evening's driver, David, was on-time, professional, and courteous. Following protocol for underage minors, he whisked them away without adieu. On their return, there had been some confusion and miscommunication in leaving belongings in the limo during prom; however, that was resolved promptly and courteously. Throughout the experience, I was impressed with Ahmed's dedication to providing excellent service to our community in Marin. I would not hesitate to call on his service again or recommend them to a friend.

Peace Limousines was simply great.
I texted from Arizona in the afternoon to have a 1:00 am SFO pickup to deliver us to Tiburon. We didn't want to take the 'Uber roulette' chance at that hour. We wanted a known and trusted firm and driver and that's exactly what we got. And it was SO good to be picked up at the arrivals doors instead of trekking to some shared-ride site.
All in all we were very very pleased with our experience and will certainly use Peace again.

Ahmed was so fast to respond each and every time. They were cheaper than all other limo to SFO services and the only company that didn't question our request for a limo to SFO. Oz was a phenomenal driver both to and from the airport and was timely and clean. He was great in reminding us about locking our car, making sure we had all our paperwork and triple checking we had our luggage, phones, and chargers.
I typically take the airporter from Petaluma, but will be using Peace for all our family trips moving forward.

Ahmed and team are great! Always on time, professional, and accommodating. I have two kids, and I loved that they had car seats to provide so I didn't have to bring mine.

I cannot say enough about this company. I first discovered them when hiring a limo for my son's prom. Everyone had an absolute blast! They are really reasonably priced and have amazing staff. Instead of Uber, my family uses them for regular airport car rides (non limo) all the time. We have had several rides in the wee hours of the morning for early flights, and what I love is that they are completely dependable every single time. 3 am pitch black pick up? No problem. They respond immediately and have amazing customer service. I highly recommend these guys!

We have enjoyed the services of Peace Limo for the last seven years.
In all this time the service has been impeccable; on time and courteous, with immaculate vehicles. Whether it is a trip to a surgical appointment early in the morning or a drop off at the airport, we have never been inconvenienced or disappointed. For the extra assistance and safety it is well worth it.

These guys are awesome! Used them for a SFO pickup. Our travel plans changed due to power outages and they were very accommodating. Their price beat the competitors by a lot! The driver was great. Highly recommend!

Our driver , Bassa, took care of our airport transportation as well as our trip to wine country. In addition to being an excellent driver, he was friendly and professional. I highly recommend him.

A group of friends and I chose to use this limo service to take us to our Prom Night. This was my first experience with this limo service and has left me quite disappointed in the service by our driver David.

After getting into the limo, I noticed that the champagne glasses were covered in lipstick and dirt. I didn't bother to complain since all we could drink was water, but the simple lack of attention to detail, for a service we were paying for, was a bit upsetting. The cord that the limo provided us with to play music was pretty worn-out as well, but again no complaining because we had a limo to take us to prom.

My friends and I asked our driver if it was okay and safe to leave things inside while we were at prom. He told us that it was alright. We left a cardigan, a purse, a selfie stick, and my coat inside. At the time, we thought nothing of it as we were paying for his service. Our first red flag was when our driver informed us that he might be slightly late picking us up afterwards because he had to run a personal errand of picking up a relative from the airport. Clearly, we couldn't argue with him because if he didn't return we wouldn't have a ride back home. So we said that it was fine and went to enjoy our prom.

At the end of my prom night, I got inside the limo and immediately realized that my coat was no where to be found. I asked the driver if he happened to see my coat in the back seat. His reply was, "I don't know what happened to it." My coat was a gift and is very dear to me, and to have found that it was missing from the limo after being told it was safe to leave, made me quite furious that the driver had the gall to provide an answer of simply "I don't know what happened to it."

When the driver reported to the owner that my coat was missing, my friend noticed her purse and selfie stick were missing, as well. The driver had the purse and passed it back, which we did not realize until later that the contents of her purse were not there. Despite, the cardigan was still in the limo, everything of value was gone.

The company provided us the explanation that the driver mistakenly cleaned out the limo thinking that my coat, the purse and its contents were from the night before.

The owner of the company, Ahmed, ensured us that our belongings would be returned to us by the following day. Although I did not personally speak with Ahmed, I was told that he was polite and tried to remedy the situation as swiftly as possible. He had the driver locate and return my coat and made sure my friend received the contents of her purse and the selfie stick back by the following day, which he did.

I acknowledge and appreciate his actions and effort in promptly returning our belongings, but that doesn't rectify how frustrated and anxious this experience made me feel.
