Jeremy T.Alameda, CA809Jun 16, 2021I was looking for 1 used tire. Got quotes and been to other tire places. They didn't recommend buying just one tire but try to up sell me. The funny thing is that I bought a single used tire from the same place but a from different employee and he didn't even try to up sell me like the other guy did. So I was determined to find another tire place.
So I was really happy when I found pedros tires. Simple and fast. They either had the used tire I wanted or didn't, but they did. Installation was fast and easy. They check and inflated all my other tires. No hassle. I did ask for his opinion on the Tred of my other tires and he agreed that I still had some life on them.I was pleased with their work that I came back right after with my other vehicle replacing 1 worn down tire again. Took less then an hour to do both of my vehicles. Thanks again Will definitely be coming back next time!

Came in to replace 2 tires that were cracking and the wiring was showing. Pedro was fast and efficient. I was in and out in 10 mins. He gave me a fantastic deal. Was straight to the point, no gimmicks, no bs.
I went to another shop prior and this chump tried to sell me tires that were so old, cracked, and had numerous nails in the freaking tire already. When I called that owner out, he said "don't worry, I'll patch it for you" are you kidding me! Who does business like this.

TMPS Calibration light came on while driving back home, I thought it could have been low air pressure but turned out to be a nail. Unfortunately, it's not a patchwork due to the nail location and worn-out thread. They immediately replaced it with a spare and recommended new tires. Brought in a new set of rims and tires and Pedro works on them with care as if they were his own. Whether its working on $500 dollar rims or $5k no worries your in good hands!

I stumbled upon this place when I found a nail in my tire after working a 12 hour shift, already tired and irritated luckily I was next to one of those national tire shop chains...you know "Big' O Goodyear wheel work guys" Long story short, they fed me alot of bull crap about how it was was too close to the danger zone and that I would need to replace the tire. Unfortunately the oem tire i had was not in stock but a tire that's double the price is....uuuuhh NO! Mind you this was also after they had me wait about 30mins to be seen and diagnosed the tire! Frustrated I googled the nearest shop and Pedro's came up. I was extremely impressed by all the 5 star reviews. Decided to head over and as soon as I arrived Pedro stepped out and ask what I needed. Told him about the nail, he looked at it and nodded his head, had me park in one of his stalls and off the tire went! 15 mins later he came back loaded the tire back on car and told me "Okay your all set!" I asked him how much? NOTHING, the nail didn't puncture. I check for leaks and nothing! Your good. A simple handshake, a thank you and I've been a loyal customer ever since!
Throughout the years I've purchased rims and tire packages online. I've used Pedro's shop for installs and even simple balancing issues. Pedro has even found one mistakes such as installing one directional tires the wrong way...wtf?!? Give Pedro's a chance, you won't be disappointed!

They didn't complain about doing the labor as it was a easy fix. Thank you so much Pedro's tires for making things much easier especially on a Saturday morning with no appointment. I definitely recommend their service. My husband and I will be coming here more often.

I hope I don't have to see Pedro again for a really, really, really, really really long time, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands.
I just got brand new tires from Costco about two months ago and unfortunately I woke up this morning with entire pressure of 21 on one of my tires. Costco was extremely busy and was not able to accommodate fixing my tire or replacing it. I called Pedro and I was in and out in about under 20 minutes. He found the nail in legit five seconds and the whole process of super easy.
Pedro is one of the most genuine and hard-working individuals that I have met.

The very first time I came here in 2013 was with my dad and we needed a tire for our 1997 Toyota Corolla. Pedro got us in and out in under 15 minutes with a practically new tire. That tire is still running great and I got the other three tires from him as well.
Fast forward to today. I needed to change all 4 of my tires on my 2012 Honda Accord. Embarrassingly I've been on a spare for about a week and I kept postponing due to having a hectic schedule. Pedro and his associate changed two of my tires in under 20 minutes for a great deal. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to switch the other two, but I will come in for sure sometime this week.
