We called here because the Daly City location was closing earlier than the SF location and we got another hour by going here. The staff were super helpful and nice. They sell drinks and small snacks and other kid friendly goodies like capes or bows for hair. Decent price to burn a little if the kids energy on a rainy day during spring break.

Super organized, very friendly. They know us by face.
We had a party there and the package was well worth it. They help with everything and keep things moving and everyone happy. They are a well oiled machine!

We came here on a whim during our day trip to the city because it was a bit too cold out to take the kids to an outdoor park. It wasn't too outrageously priced here, but you do need to have their particular socks so if it's your first time it can add up since you have to purchase the socks.

We came on a Saturday morning so it seemed pretty busy as expected. The lady working up front was very informative and gave us the whole rundown since it was our first time. I later saw her walking around and enforcing some of their rules like an adult who should have been wearing socks. They take their cleanliness measures seriously which I thought was great.

They do allow outside food and drink just not in the play structure so I thought that was nice. They don't try to make you pay for overpriced food and snacks like most play places.

There is a small baby zone but wasn't much for them to do there. I think our daughter had more fun watching our older son in the play structure! We were able to bring her in there as long as she was with us but we were just wearing her in the carrier most of the time. There is also a ninja zone for bigger kids but our son was too little. He really loved the big play structure though and he explored on his own which was a first!

My daughter loves loves loves this place. So that means I have to love this place too, right?

The front counter staff are very friendly here. The location is also very super clean, considering how many kids are running around here with their juice boxes and snacks. I love the giant slides and obstacle course here too.

Parking is a giant crap shoot here. If you are willing to drive around a few times, you will find a parking lot eventually in front of the Peek-a-Boo Factory.

Make sure to visit the Starbucks next door before you watch your child run around for a few hours.

Came here the other day; the space itself was clean and what I expected. What I did not like is that at the front desk there was a little stand selling a MLM (pyramid scheme) product with business cards to suck more people into the scheme. Super inappropriate and odd anywhere, but here as well.

We came here for open play on a Saturday afternoon. Our 5 year old loved it! There was a ninja course and also another large area with plenty of slides and areas to bounce around, there's a smaller area in the back for the 3 year old and younger. Has facilities for birthday parties. Very affordable for open play. They also have grippy socks for the kids as well.

Have been going to Peekaboo since they were in West Portal. Love this new facility. Clean, still looks and feels new, excellent obstacles and play equipment. All ages have fun here.

If you run a party, try to get Ani. She is conscientious, high integrity, helpful, and kind.

PS The sweet and tangy chicken wings next door are epic.

Used to take my eldest to the West Portal location and I loved it. Enjoyed many bday parties and drop ins there. When they moved to 'other side of the world' (other side of GGP), I never made any effort when I had my second kiddo. (Not a fan of the Daly City one).

But I decided to have my youngest 5 y/o birthday here b/c I wanted to try it. Great experience! The party was run on time and everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Super clean and fun play equipment, even for a 9 & 12 year old. Even got parking right in front. And they provide carts to transport food, party supplies, etc which is very helpful!

Unsure if I'll trek across city for a drop in, but it was definitely worth it for a party.

We had my son's 2nd birthday party here last year and I would just like to commend the staff for their helpfulness, patience, and kindness during our time. I can't recall their names, but they were all very sweet. Our party started late due to some challenges with clearing out the private groups ahead of us, but staff were very accommodating, apologetic, and gracious in giving us our extra time at no additional cost.

I was surprised to find that they now have a location in Geary. Reserved a time online and we were the first ones there on Saturday morning. Please is super clean and the girl working at the front desk is super friendly and helpful as well. Some snacks and drinks you can buy and a Starbucks is next door. Parking is easy to find. Overall, my son and his friends had a blast here. We will be back again!

As of June 12th, you can either reserve a two hour time slots online or just do drop in. 14 pre kids but you can but a pass with 10 visits to save about 20 dollars. After your two hour is up, they will close the place down for 30 minutes to clean up. You can also reserve the whole place for a private b day party, 15 kids max with unlimited adults.
