I was in an emergency situation today with a flooded bathroom. Out of the three plumbers I contacted today, Omar was the only one that was responsive on such short notice. I first spoke with Ruth and explained to her my situation. She then spoke with Omar and then Omar called me right away. He was patient, and walked me through the steps I needed to fix the issue. I cannot thank Ruth and Omar enough for their help today. Everything was fixed in a matter of a half hour. If you ever need help with anything plumbing related, call Omar. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received over the phone today.

One of my copper pipes in the garage began to leak. I immediately contacted Omar and Ruth. They responded within minutes. They asked for a picture of the leak which I sent to them promptly. They gave me a good estimate and the following day Omar came on time and fixed the leak. He also snaked our shower drain. I highly recommend Pegaserv and I look forward to utilizing Omar again next week to put in a new sink faucet.

Fast and efficient sink replacement and surprise pipe replacement.Hopefully we don't need a plumber again soon, but now we have a go to guy

Omar helped with a toilet seat replacement in our house, when the old seat was stuck and required special equipment to remove. He was extremely responsive, answering the inquiry quickly and was able to be at our house within hours. He handled the job with ease, and when I inquired about another task he offered a number of easy DIY solutions for us to try. Super responsive, quick, easy to work with, and very reasonable. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

Be careful. This company show up, do some surface easy work, problem not resolved at all, then charge 200. The guy don't even know how to use the sneak tool.
If you do not agree, he will stand by the door and call the police. The police say you have to pay him 150 for his nock on the door.

I had an issue where my sink started leaking when the dishwasher ran after a new dishwasher was installed hastily by a delivery crew. I reached out to get a pro to do it right.
