Pelton Plaza

Many stores to choose from in the plaza and restaurants . And if you enjoy beer, there a couple drinking establishments near by

Pelton Plaza has a variety of small restaurants. There is a Taqueria, a Cafe, Sushi, ice cream, Chinese food, a Grill and Chipotle. And the Plaza is small, which makes parking an adventure, but very walkable.
They also have a barber shop, an i-Tea and a bar. There are other places there also, but I can't remember them all.
Always a good place to go and just walk around while you figure out where you would like to eat. Also more restaurants across both streets. I always enjoy going here!!!

Pelton Plaza is near downtown san leandro. tenant occupany is almost 100%. when there's an opening, it's quickly filled.

This is an Older Shopping Center in the Center of San Leandro .

The Cool thing is that its going thru a Rebirth with the Addition of Multiple Businesses .


There's numerous Restaurants to choose from . Like - American Café Food, Ethiopian , Mexican , Chinese , Korean and Japanese .


Ice Cream Shop, Milk Tea and a Bar .


Lots of Choices in a Small Area .


The only Caveat Parking is hard to find .



Pelton Plaza is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishments .


Watch out for the Pan Handler some may look like Zombies !!! LoL

We went here on a Sunday to enjoy dinner. But bummer... The Chinese restaurant was closed on a Sunday... And so were many other choices, except for Los Pericos which seemed to be one of the places only open late on a Sunday.... Sure, it was almost 6 pm on a Sunday but I feel like many business can stay open later on a Sunday, especially this time of year to rake in the big money for the holidays so some stores that close.... Well should be open. Maybe not enough business to justify opening or?

Parking does seem like a challenge as there is limited supply inside the plaza. But if you do get a spot, you can browse through all the places that this plaza has to offer. The reviews sum it up, there is a bit of everything here.... So you may like it. Or not...

Pelton Plaza is a nice little shopping center with a lot of locally owned shops. You have many different options in food and drinks. Only draw back is Parking can be difficult

I used to come here all the time before they put in metered parking!!!

Other than paying for parking to shop at the local stores, the Pelton plaza has a lot to offer.

There's Los Pericos taqueria, Baskin Robbins, the Pelton cafe, Korean food, boba, a pet salon, barbershop, shoe repair, you name it!!

It's pretty convenient to get a lot done and to grab some food.

A solid five stars for the memories. It makes me happy whenever I drive by. Even if there isn't any reason for me drive in one driveway and out the other, I do. It was the place my mother took my brother and me for toys and books when we were young. It was an exciting place to go

It was one of the first open malls in California. It still has that mid-twenty century charm and a great neon sign.

On several occasion I've had dinner at two of the restaurants in this center, However, I haven't shopped here for years.

When you park it is easy to walk from store to store or restaurant to restaurant.

The Pelton Plaza, located in San Leandro is a small outdoor little center that offers a little bit of everything for everyone. Restaurants, pet services, cafes, nail salon and many more options.

FYI, parking can be a challenge as the plaza doesn't offer a lot of parking spots. However, the stores do line some of the parking stalls, making it convenient for people to park and quickly walk to their destination. If you are not able to find parking in the plaza, there are parking meters on the side (make sure you pay and avoid any tickets.

As stated before, the plaza does offer a great selection of stores including:

*I-Tea-Boba drinks and snacks.
*Kendejah (Recently opened March 2017) this is a Liberian Restaurant that serves delicious food! (Strongly encourage you to try).
* Makiyaki- Traditional Japanese dishes such as delicious Sushi.
*Pelton Café (Located in the corner of Pelton and has been around for a while).

Pelton Plaza is great for a family gathering as there are so many options to choose from. This area is also very popular for the Cherry Blossom Festival and Farmers Market. Definitely recommend coming here.

Kekekekek ajajajajjaja yayayayaaa... parking isn't all that ugly and the venues are great. It's within my walking distance, so that's another plus! It services all of western San Leandro in the most efficient fashion!!
