My Acura salesman recommended this shop and I'm thankful he did. They operate at a level that I have not encountered before. A top quality shop with excellent customer service and vehicle repair skills. From Rena at the front desk who will cheerfully accommodate your scheduling needs to Ray who did my initial estimate to Hung who finalized my invoice, It was all timely, straightforward, honest and easy. I have been driving for over 47 years and worked for a related business in the auto repair industry and I can't remember a shop that compares with Pender Auto Body. So a BIG THANK YOU for turning a stressful time into a hassle free repair.

un recommend saving your time and not dealing with these people, they're dishonest and say that the damage they did was there before and will continue to make excuses until you give up.

My experience at this body shop was unpleasant. The manager hung was aggressive, used offensive language, and refused to fix his mistakes. Instead, he told me to deal with ICBC. This lack of accountability made the situation worse, and I left frustrated with the service.

Hung and his staff are so professional, friendly, funny, and caring. I left feeling that it was important to them, too, that I was satisfied with my trip there. The work they did was perfect. My car looks
like it just came off the lot. (they even wash it inside and out!) The cost was WAYYYYY less than that of a popular chain shop that I had visited prior. The work was done so fast, too. And they gave me a loaner car so I wasn't inconvenienced in any way. All in all, such a positive experience. They max out the traits that are important to me in getting my car looking fine: the repair was perfect; the cost was so fair; it was done fast; and you can't find a more personable and professional staff. I highly recommend them. I wish I could give them more than five stars!

When you need your vehicle looked after, this IS the place to take your car and have the royal treatment. From the first 'hello', they were incredibly friendly and helped to keep the costs reasonable. Business owner Hung, estimator Allan and front office admin Rina made me feel like a special guest, and the whole team that works with them really did a first class job taking care of my bumps and dents in my car. My car feels likes new again!!

Even after the second time around, a month later, they really helped me out. This time someone bumped into me and left a big of dent in my bumper. I know I have an attractive Prius, but it really does like soft petting rather than a punch.

Seriously the best experience in the most unfortunate circumstances. We had just got our new car late October and were rear ended 6 weeks later. Our vehicle was brand new (picked it up in 2018 but it's a 2019). We were referred to Pender Autobody by the dealership we purchased from and at first we didn't know much about them as they are not a giant chain but thats really where you see stand out service. From the initial drop off, obtaining the rental, projected timelines, to follow up and pick up I cannot stress enough how pleased we were with our service. Taking into consideration how nee the car is, and factoring in the parts being ordered for a brand new model, timelines were not dragged on.

What a friendly group of people!! Being in a car accident around the holidays is obviously far from ideal but our experience with Pender made it seem like not a horrible incident.

Thank you so much to Hung and his team - hopefully we won't have to see you again anytime soon but we wouldn't be that upset if we did ;)

Second time there just as good as the first. Over the top service. Accurate written quotes. Plus some bonus work unrelated to what I went in for was done free of charge . Great courtesy car (new and clean). I will only go here for my car repairs
