Worst experience I have ever had with any apartment place. Unfortunately, i live here, and i dont want you to live this bad experience. Management is the worst people u can have a word with, always finding way to screw your day, first of all your are not allowed to have visitors on recreational areas, company must stay in the room you live in. Recreational areas such as pool and hot tub and BBQ areas are not allowed by visitors. You are only allowed to have 2 cars per house hold, and if you have a 3rd car, it will be towed at your expense. Security wise!! They do not care what happens to your vehicle, someone jump the fence and pop my son's car, and Security did not do anything, neither the management.

Parking is very limited. Forget about family and friends visiting you, there is no parking for them.

Parking for residents is on a first come first serve basis. After 3pm, you won't find any parking around the building or on the street. Parking around the building is not enforced.

No priority to fix the pool. Rarely see anyone working on it.At this speed It will be ready in 2025

If I could it'd be ZERO STARS! Let's start with management, HORRIBLE! Michelle, Vanessa, and Mackenzie are so unprofessional. You have a problem they will give you attitude, especially Michelle (manager). The first year we lived here (May 2020) it was fine and if I had a problem Damitrea was so professional at resolving it and Tony as well. But just recently on April 2022 all 3 took over the office and it's been horrible. These apartments might be on the lower prices of south San Francisco but trust me not worth it. Let's not even start with the parking, the carports are small no space between cars, you have side parking but it is first come first serve so you only get one covered parking. I would definitely save myself from all the headaches with this management in place and look elsewhere.

This place is too strict and loud! You can hear garbage cans, birds, and revving throughout the day and night.

The laundry rooms machines are always broken.
There is NO parking! It's extremely hard to find parking inside even if you have a permit. There are no surrounding streets that you can park your car, a lot of people end up parking at Safeway at their own risk! Even if you find parking inside, the trees hover over the lot and guess what?!?! You get bird crap all over your car!

Laundry rooms are from 10am to 10pm (Why?)
Gym 9am to 10pm (WTF?, they decide to open their gym right when everyone goes to work. Why isn't this 24/7. There's a guard that does what? Sleep in his car overnight?)

I don't think this would be the best location to set up an apartment honestly. If you have more than 1 car, stay away!

If i could give 0 stars i would. For the price of rent you would expect more appreciation to the tenants but what you get is VERY limited parking & extremely rude and unprofessional management.

The manager ( Demetria?) has no business working in management as she is not equipped with the skills to handle the task at hand.

      * If you have toddlers be prepared to have the office send you noise complaint letters. Apparently kids are not allowed to make any noise during the day even though "quiet" time on property is quoted as 10pm-7 am.

Beware & spend your hard earned money on an apartment that will take care of the residents & make it feel like home

So glad we moved out. Don't recommend living here. And we have lived in different apartments for 6 years and we saw it all and we understand everything and compromise a lot of things but this one was ridiculous.

First of all - MOLD problems!!! Mold is dangerous if inhaled especially by kids and people with weak immune. And you can try everything to not to get it ( open windows everyday, not putting things along the wall) but it doesn't help - the buildings are old and the management doesn't provide proper mold prevention program so you will have to deal with it yourself. And it grows so fast. Yikes!!!

Doing laundry is ridiculous- have to go all the way down the stairs and then walk to laundry rooms and hope you are lucky to have some available, most of the time machines are broken or under maintenance or they eat up your coins or they just don't do the washing or drying properly so have to redo it.

THERE are stairs everywhere, definitely not accessible by any means. It is hard even for a strong male to carry groceries to your apartment.
If you have strollers or bike - can not keep it outside anywhere, so have to carry it through stairs everytime until your back hurt then you just give up and have to not use it or put it in a trunk.

Management is OK. They just do their job nothing special. Sometimes worse sometimes better.

Just save yourself time and go to better place, with the elevators, better laundry, not moldy, kid friendly, caring management.

We moved 10 days ago and truly love it here. It's quiet and very peaceful. Damitrea, the Property Manager is a true professional and tenant focused. The maintenance Manager, Thom and his team have taken care of all my needs immediately. The most appreciated quality is the timeliness of their response time. This townhouse is perfect for us. We are happy and grateful to be here. They have made this entire moving process, painless. I highly recommend this place.

Walls are thin as paper. You get so many complaints. You get your neighbors banging on your floor because you're talking. The laundry card machine has been broken since I moved in. Almost 8 months. The washers always broken. Same as the dryers, but they do take your money easily. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am, but you do have blowers and intense sound at 7am every Friday and I think Monday.

The parking sucks and they can't even make sure that cars without the permit is gone by the time it's night time which made real residents park away from the complex. This is very unacceptable since the gate has not been working for almost 3+ years.

Why is there a bike parking in a spot only for residents? And it's night time!

I filled out an application here online cause of covid. $40 per application and $100 reservation fee that they said tony and demetria it's refundable. I go on with my application and they took the money. I don't know if I will get approved so I tried applying for a different apartment. Of course i need to have a plan B or else i will end up leaving in my car. Then i found one. They email me, Friday, no calls or anything. I wasn't able to check my email til Tuesday cause i was busy too. I told them I won't go forward cause I already decided to get the other one. And they said they couldn't refund my $100 cause it's more than 3 days from the day i got approved. I don't even know if that is the deal or tony is just making that up. I told them this is the 3rd day so i hope you would consider that, of course you wouldn't count the weekend, and i am expecting that you would call atleast to let me know about my application. But nothing! So for short, he said there is nothing i could do but we won't refund the money. I am writing this review for all of the people planning to apply here, be aware that they will take your money that they said refundable and really high application fee. And what they said about having parking around the building is true, and strict, and sure there a guard house but there's no guard inside for security, my friend is living there and she said it's good that i did not go forward with this apartment. So guys think twice cause they don't care about you, they just want your money!
