We hired Peninsula Siding after evaluating several contractors to replace our siding.
The choice couldn't have been better.
First, their process: They have their act together. Ts are crossed and Is' are dotted. No shortcuts. They check the scope, test for lead, and get everything understood and cleared before even touching the job.
We knew exactly what to expect when the work started.
Crew showed up, worked as a team, did the job cleanly and efficiently.
Site supervisor and the project manager were always accessible.
Are they god's gift to Siding installations? No, there were some mistakes, but a call to the project head always got it fixed. It was their positive attitude, not blaming me, the customer, for the mistakes, that stood out. And not making excuses for their few oversights.
On the admin side, their invoices were correct and came in on time with no surprises. Communication was clear.
Would I hire them again? Absolutely.

This review is for the quote from Pete (owner) - he came over and quickly told me that my house was in good shape and that I the cement fiberboard siding wasn't necessary. I really appreciate his honesty, and efficiency. He even recommended a painter! If I ever needed siding I would most definitely call him for a bid, as he seemed knowledgeable and upstanding. He was also very on time for our appointment, which I appreciated.

I had contacted multiple siding specialists for quotes between June and August of 2023. Peninsula siding company tops alls other companies in being transparent and in their communications. Long story short, Unfortunately we had to postpone our siding project for another 2 years due to personal reasons.

When we are ready to install new siding to our house I will be very happy to connect with Peninsular Siding again.

Dropping this to a one because of the nonsensical doubling down response from the "manager." Nothing wrong with the roof, but nice try.

We had the siding replaced on our 1940's home with James Hardie siding. Working with Peninsula Siding was an exceptional experience. A very knowledgeable and professional team. From the estimate through the completion of the project, everything went very smoothly and the house looks fantastic! Exceptional quality at a reasonable price.

Peninsula Siding is incredibly professional and well organized. I fortuitously bumped into one of their contractors working on a house in the neighborhood and he kindly took time out of his day to explain exterior siding and answer all my questions. It's been all uphill since then. I feel a good company provides education to their clients so we can make the best decisions for ourselves. Peninsula Siding, out the gate, guided us with pamphlets and resources so we could better understand what was best for our home and situation. The company will not upsell you and they offered us real and honest recommendations. Their professionalism is appreciated and their honesty is respected. Peninsula Siding will definitely be the first company we call for all future projects.

Really happy with how it went. Felt like we got great value; it's going to last, and Pete was great to work work with through the whole process.

We did the whole house with Hardie Board, and all of the windows and doors at the same time. Pete's crews worked with the window company to make it one seamless project.

I contacted Peninsula Siding for help in addressing a water leak and potentially replacing siding on a large area of my home. Communication was easy, an appointment was scheduled, and Peter was right on time (don't overlook this - other companies did not show up).

Peter inspected my siding and shared his experiance and opinion. Rather than upselling me on his services, he pointed out areas where I should address first before committing to replacing an entire wall. It's quite rare to find a business who will provide an honest assessment and disuade a customer on a solution that might be unnecessary. For this reason alone, I plan to use Peninsula Siding Company for any future needs and happily provide a this review. Although I did not use them this time, I have no doubt that they would do an excellent job. Absolutly recommend Peter and his team!

From start to finish, Peninsula Siding was spectacular. Pete was incredibly responsive and Gina at the office also had fabulous communication. Our project came in on budget. I was so impressed by the team. Pete had a full crew on site every day, which made the project efficient. The crew was exceptionally clean, they cleaned up every day, and also wonderfully communicative. We asked Pete to do a few extra things for us during the project that came up, and he was open and willing. Fees were appropriate for the scope of work. Overall, we are so happy with the workmanship, quality, and overall experience. Very professional and great follow through from start to finish.

The back of my house was covered with decrepit asbestos shingles. I finally decided to get those removed (with an environmental contractor) and then replaced by something good. Peninsula Siding Company was an awesome company to work with. Pete was an excellent communicator and really listened what I wanted. All the guys that worked on the job were skilled, and good communicators as well. They cleaned up. The job came in on budget and in the planned time frame. And everyone was so nice!
The old asbestos shingles were replaced with Hardie planks. It looks great, is fire resistant, and just overall is such a good product. (One window hasn't been replaced yet due to supply chain issues so I may replace the photo when that is done.)

My 30 year old house had a number of areas that needed siding repair and I shopped around with several companies. What resonated with me about Peninsula Siding Company was their professionalism, good communication, follow-up and knowledge to handle my project. Kristina explained the process, billing, updated me on timeline, and ensured any questions I had was answered very promptly. Pete forewarned me that if my house lacked plywood, that a change order was needed for complying with the code. The overall work was very professional and the team cleaned up daily under the supervision of Jovanni. If I had any concerns or touch-ups at the end of the project, Pete addressed them all and always with courtesy and professionalism. I'm very pleased with the end result. When I look at my house it looks brand new!
