The service is good, but I always feel that they really push you too much for other services. It's like they're cheap car sales men and it's 5 minutes to closing.
Sometimes you can get coffee here if you really want it.
Sometimes there is a newspaper.
They will also check your other fluids and let you know if you need to have them changed as well.
They'll do a light inspection on your car and change them for you if needed.
Of course it all comes at a cost.
If you are willing to pay for it and not the DIY kinda person.
Then, coming here is probably a good thing.

Important: you have to change your oil and check your brakes.
Change your oil at regular intervals according to the specs on your vehicle.

If you have the time and a mechanic, I'd take it there, but if you just simply need a quickie?

They'll do it here in ten minutes.

No complaints really about doing it too fast.

Never come near this store and grab your wallet! Never trust the boss's words. As the previous commentator wrote, they will exaggerate that your brake fluid, coolant, and so on have all deteriorated. The boss said that if you don't change, your car is very dangerous. They even imposed a cleaning engine service without asking the customer for an additional fee of $100. Today, I only wanted to change the oil. As a result, the boss deceived me to change the brake oil and clean the engine. It cost $450. The employees in the store feel that it is incredible to spend so much money. It is definitely a shop that ste**s money. Everyone must be careful and be careful!

Owner has damaged my car causing us $15,000 at the dealership to repair. THEY DON'T CARE AND ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE-- SCAMMERS AND CHEATERS.

-Overcharged us on simple oil change, insisted it was $300 for "quality" name however checked later it only costs $150 for this brand and service of oil at 5 other car shops nearby......
-Insisted we needed to change headlight bulb and 2 days later, as they did not do their due diligence, the headlight was not screwed properly therefore moisture started coming in and the whole headlight circuit was water damaged.. caused $15,000 of damage to my car that I had to fix at the dealership.

They only care about making a quick buck and scamming you out of your naiveness, trying to be friendly at first but later denying all responsibility of the poor neglect they had caused for your car.

Please don't go here......

Went there for the first time over a year ago while I was in the area and found them very friendly.

Recently went back (on my way to the Walmart across the street) and again found the service very good and friendly. Yes, they try the upsell, but everyone does now.
I've recently had braking issues that other shops have said is probably asuspension issue, I didn't believe them. This shop (they do more than oil changes) looked at my suspension (did charge me a fair price for their time), then took me under the vehicle to show me the issues. I'm going to have them fix those issues next month.

If my opinion of the shop changes, I'll update this review; however, so far, I'm very happy w/ them.

They always push you to change everything even though you just want a simple engine oil change. They like exaggerating your car into very serious situations, like if you don't change this this this today, your car will stall on the road very soon. Every time, you will end up spending $200+ easily and most stuff you change there are not necessary at all except the engine oil. Their crazy selling is because just a simple engine oil change is not very profitable to them and they don't even expect you to go back again when they are pushing you. If you have to go to this store, please don't trust their bullsh*t. Since there are tons of oil change stores in Great Vancouver Area, seriously, avoid this one!!!

buyer beware. I saw a "special oil change" signage as i was driving by so I thought i try it out. My god. The "brown" guy sweet talks you into sharing personal information with him. So i play along. Then he talks about his other business. Then he pressures me into paying more for my oil change. I had enough and said, "forget it" and the "brown" guy got mad at me. So i ended up on Groupon and found an auto body shop called "Wee Motors" by east Vancouver which i highly recommended. Good people, good price and great customer service. No sales pressure.

CROOKS! My "naive" associate took a vehicle here for a routine oil change and fluid check. They added everything they could to his invoice and inflated it to over $1,200. Some of the services listed on the invoice were impossible to perform on this particular vehicle! When I called them to discuss the bill, which was already paid, they hung up on me. STAY AWAY!

After reading the previous reviews I decided to give it a try. It was quick service I agree. The rest was a nightmare...
They said everything was OK so when I went home I noticed the only added a little fluid to my windshield washing fluid container, oh great they saved $2 ????
SO just imagine if they are so cheap to save some windshield fluid what about the really costly ones!!!!!

Next day I took my wife to work and on our way back the engine stopped!! I had to tow the minivan to the nearest canadian tire on #3rd; what a great fathers day I had.
I called these people from the road to ask them what they did to ruin my car this way; of course they denied any involvement...they said they only changed the oil and made a quick visual inspection of everything else...

So there I was at canadian tire, long story short, the bracket that holds the fuel filter broke. I asked if this could have been something related to the oil change they said no but they agreed that they should have told me about the bracket when they did the visual inspection.... yes they are obligated to tell you about any visual imperfections, at least warn you, but they failed to do this.... I wonder if this is enough grounds to sue them?
so there you are...

Beware the upsell. You probably don't need it and the next thing you know, you are paying $200-300 for this and that, when all you came in for was a basic oil change. Don't get gouged by these guys.
