We got Arcadi's name through friends who highly recommended him. We thought he was just another dealer, and since we already had leased cars from dealerships before we hesitated, but decided finally to call him. From the first moment we spoke he gave us the feeling that he was committed and caring and will do anything to help us get the best deal! He is like a second father here that will hold your hand and make sure to protect you from the dealerships!!! He is nothing less than AMAZING and always gave us great advice, even if he had no profit from it at all. He is worshiped in every car dealership in the area, and can get deals NO ONE else can!!!! I HIGHLY recommend calling him, even if you have perfect credit! He can get you a better deal!!!!

It was time for us to upgrade the family hauler, so the long research process began...

Long story short, Arkady got us the car we wanted just under MSRP. Nothing to brag about right? But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets.

We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try.

We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal.

Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold.

The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly.

Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way.

Just bought my new Honda here.

I asked several dealerships for quotes and other data, Arkadi was the only one who called me to speak in person, and find out what it is that I need.

He then asked me to be patient as the market is low on cars, and told me that an offer he has seems bad for him, and not worth it.

Eventually, a few weeks later, he had a new offer, took all the time I needed to get me a good deal on my old car, including taking care of some flaws it had so I'll get the best deal for the old one as well as the new one.

We drove to Honda, and he spent more than half of his day with me at Honda, got me a good deal for my old Toyota, and a good deal for the Honda.

I left the Toyota there, and went home in my new car.

I then called him on Saturday and asked if he can talk to Honda as I forgot my fastrack device in the Toyota. He drove there and got it for me, while I was skiing.

His fee is also very decent for the work he does, which he was very transparent about how much it is, and I didn't even expect all the extras.

He got me a quote on insurance alternatives, which wasn't included, and I didn't expect.

I'm very happy, and like the value for the money.

I'll certainly get my next car with this business in the future.

This guy is all about trust, and you can definitely trust him. Initially, he asks (and really cares) about what you want. He understands your needs and proceeds accordingly. He goes with whatever you like but will let you know if something doesn't make sense and he is always right.
