Pest Pros is expanding their service area to the Manteca area and we definitely benefit from this. Frank Cropper came out to our home, fully assessed our house for pest intrusion (including looking behind the fridge!), and provided our first treatment on the spot. He was incredibly professional and easy to talk to.

He clearly explained their service model and visit frequency, stating that if we have issues between treatments to call and they'll come back out.

They have promotions and deals for customers that purchase a whole year's services upfront and it's a good deal. They always have someone to pick up the phone when I call which is also getting harder to find.

My request was for wildlife removal. I've tried a few other companies with no success. I contacted Pest Pros and they took care of the problem immediately! It's clear when you speak with them they take a lot of pride in the business and will do quality work. And when they say they will do something, they do it. I highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.

Their Yelp page has a link to REQUEST PRICING, but they won't give a price over the phone. Simple project. One-time service at a vacant house. Why would we need to drive :45 to meet someone there just to get a price?

We have been with Pest Pros for almost 3 years, good service, the receptionists are very helpful (McKenzie and Makenna). Techs come out once every other month, but will come back in between visits if needed; and respond very quickly. Each tech person has been good quality for the most part.

Adam and Jordan came today and walked me through all the alternatives for treatment until we came up with the best solution.
