Always dependable and quality work. I visit the Novato store often and appreciate their friendliness, professionalism and great outcome. Their dry cleaning is beyond expectations and alterations are impeccable. Prices are very reasonable too!

STAY AWAY!! I had two suits dry cleaned they did a great job on one but the custom suit I had made for my wedding they ruined and said that it was like that. I wore it once. They wouldn't admit fault and wouldn't at least reason with me. STAY AWAY from this one and their other shop in Novato.

Great communication between Petaluma and Novato branch, very friendly and efficient staff. I made a call on a late notice to get my bridesmaid dress steamed today and they immediately squeezed me into their packed schedule and got it done in less than 20 minutes. Took a dress in for alteration, staff was very efficient as she was very detailed with her job. She made very easy to drop off, get measured and schedule the pick up date. I had a rush request and she made sure I had my dress on time. The alteration was very neat and tailored to perfection & ironed crisp! I highly recommend this business and will definitely be using them again! Worth every penny of my dollar! Thank you for saving my week!

I called in on a Friday morning needing an emergency hemming for a couple jeans for the next day. Yuli was super helpful in helping accommodate this order for their Novato location. Gloria had excellent customer service and did an amazing job. They brought my order to their Petaluma location for me and had it ready to go that same day. I am really impressed and will be using them for my future needs.

This place is a disappointment. I left my dress here which had some stains and they accepted it. I came today to pick it up and when the guy was charging my card I saw that they didn't remove the stains. I get it, probably that's not something they can deal with, BUT they didn't even bother to inform me that they could not get their job done until I discovered it by myself and when I asked the guy why they didn't clean it he told me that he will call his boss. He literally pretended to call someone and talking to himself and turned back to me saying that those stains were hard to remove and they could not. I swear he didn't even call anyone, HE WAS PRETENDING and on top of that I was charged for NOTHING. Very absurd and stupid situation. I would appreciate if they at least behave in a

They left stains on our outfits that we were using for a wedding. One piece, a brand new dress that had to be pressed, had a large white stain on it. Another piece, dress pants that needed a dry cleaning, also had a stain on it.

Such an amazing experience!! I had run into a situation with another company and was told my cleaning would be done on Wed. Wed I went to pick up my clothing and they were still hanging on the rack. PETALUMA FRENCH CLEANERS SAVED ME!! They were able to send me to their other store in Novato which I got an amazing on the spot dry-cleaning. They wished me luck on my interview and had me out of there within 10 minutes! I HIGHLY recommend this place and would send all my friends and family. They have earned my business for many years to come!

Very friendly people and my clothes look great!

$54 total for 2 suits, a dress, and a top. It was originally supposed to be ready Saturday but a worker got sick. I can in Saturday and spent 5 minutes helping someone there look for my clothes. She eventually realized I would have to wait till Monday because they weren't done yet.

I'm rating 4 stars because they were very friendly, and did a great job. And removing 1 star not because I had to wait longer to pick up, but because they didn't call me to tell me.

Whatever you do...DO NOT even consider getting alterations here!!! I brought in 2 VERY RARE and expensive shirts to be altered. OMG...they both came back WAY TOO SMALL and tight. Like a haircut, once the material is cut off it cannot be added back. So now they don't fit at all. Not only that, they lost one of my shirts provided as a sample. After denying it ever existed, wow it appeared. VERY shady and unprofessional. I spoke with Julith (owner?) who apologized and said she'd reimburse me as long as I provided receipts. Which I've done. Now she's avoiding me and I'll take her to small clains court as well as file a complaint with BBB. $158.22 is nothing to sneeze at. Especially these days.
