Damon is skilled, professional and has the best customer service ever. My family and I have gone to him for over ten years. My phone wasn't holding a charge at all and I went to him to buy a new phone. He quickly ran a few tests, cleaned out the charging port and it worked perfectly. He handed it back and didn't charge me. His honesty saved me about $900.00. It would have been so easy for him to agree that I needed a new phone and sold me one. I would have given him my "broken" phone which he could have sold for a nice profit. I have complete trust in Damon and completely value his integrity and honesty as well as his skill. He is a gift to Petaluma.

These guys are so awesome. Every time I have ever had an issue, no matter how big... and even when small... they always help me. And they do it with a smile, great customer service and fair prices. I am a technological dinosaur, and i recently had an issue with my phone that turned out to be some idiotic thing that I did where I thought I had checked the proper protocols to solve, but completely missed the most obvious. They showed me with a smile and weren't rude or snarky like other places I have been because I missed such a simple fix on my own. This team is top-notch; and a LOCAL business, not some big corporate chain. Please bring them your business. In these times where small local businesses are closing down left and right, we need to invest in the good ones to make sure they stay a part of our community. And when you do, trust me, you will absolutely be glad you did!

I stopped by the store again yesterday, where I've been helped numerous times over the years and Damon again came through wonderfully well. Since I had another good experience there I thought I would give a yelp review. But it's hard to add anything to all the wonderful reviews that Damon has already so, I'll just say I completely concur with all the five star reviews. Dedication honesty and timeliness. I think those are the highlights.
