Diego and Santos were very helpful and made us feel comfortable with their services and care with the hydro jet. Glad we went with them in the end. Would definitely recommend!

We have a water leak in the crawl space (we could actually hear the water flowing under the house) and we called Peter Levi right away. Johnny came out within a few hours and he was able to find the leak and fix it on the same day. Johnny was super friendly and professional, and gave very good suggestions on how to check for leak. We are very impressed by his work and his professionalism.

Prior to this, we used Peter Levi a couple times already and every time, everything went really well. A couple of guys prior to Johnny had some sale pitch to try to get us to do more work. We didn't like it much but understand that it can happen. By far, Johnny is our favorite technician.

We highly recommend Peter Levi if you need help with HVAC or plumbing! They also have memberships that offer discounts which is great!

I had a leak in my radiant heating system at my home. the system is less than 10 years old and has routine maintenance performed on it by Peter Levi. One of the supply lines feeding the system with water had been leaking and needed to be addressed. I called for a service request and asked for the same plumber has been servicing the system for a couple of years and was informed he was no longer working at Peter Levi; they dispatched a new plumber. The plumber they sent kept telling me about how much he knows about the system while he was investigating the system and demonstrated a lack of knowledge. i get it, you want me to feel covered but it was obvious I wasn't. I asked him to quote the leak repair and he informed me he would and didn't want to fix the leak at that time although it was an active leak. When the quote came in, it was for a new system. Never did he mention anything about a new system. When I called him to talk about it he said it was probably time to change it out. It was for $25,000+. I asked what about the quote to fix the leak, he never gave an answer nor quote. I called another contractor, reputable, licensed, bonded, insured. Within (3) days it was quoted, leak repaired, and system maintenance performed with a warranty.

Peter Levi - I am a contractor, too. I understand the games to be played and money to be made. You're only as good as your last project. Prior to hiring, I'd recommend your plumbers, acting as Independant business owners, are trained in your kind and likeness AND tested to make sure they fit your branding strategy. It was a fail but I hope this helps improve the business.

Last night my wife and I returned home from a long vacation. As we prepared to make dinner, I ran some water in our kitchen sink, which immediately began to backfill into the sink. Arrrrgghh, the dreaded clogged drain. This has been a reoccurring problem with our kitchen sink.

We had used Peter Levi Plumbing last year for the same problem, and remembered for a very reasonable cost of $77 to unclog the drain, I made an appointment online to have them come out and unclog the drain. The original appointment was for this Thursday, but when the call center called to confirm the appointment, we were told there was availability for today. Needless to say we took the appointment.

A few hours later there was a knock at the door. Enter Jordan from Peter Levi Plumbing. Jordan was great. Jordan was polite, friendly and professional. Not only did he resolve our situation quickly, but diagnosed the cause of our continued issue with the use of a plumbing camera. Our house is on a slab foundation and pipes are pretty clear of debris, but there is an area where a section of pipe seems to have settled causing debris to accumulate and clog.

I was impressed with Jordan's ability to assess the problem, fix it and provide insight into permanently correcting the problem. I can say with confidence that if you have a clogged drain, call Peter Levi Plumbing, they will fix the issue at a very reasonable price point. If Jordan is your technician, consider it a bonus.

Diego Ramos was dispatched to do a routine maintenance checkup and cleaning of my tankless water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions competently and provided answers that made sense based upon the status of that unit. I highly recommend this company and Diego in particular.

Scott was very helpful. I had a problem, outdoor pipe leak, that was not really their domain. They didn't charge me for visit but directed me to where i could get help.

My wife and I recently contacted Peter Levi to give us an estimate for replacement after our HVAC system was giving us trouble. Within a few days, they seamlessly scheduled an evaluator to come and give us an estimate. Our sales rep was Kyle Burks, and I was extremely impressed by the thoroughness and knowledge of his evaluation. He walked us through several options and explained to us why one would be better vs. the others. After the consultation he was readily available for questions and extremely responsive with sending several quote options

Jordan is simply the best!! Kind, helpful and good at his job. He even loves my crazy dogs!
