I requested service and they were super responsive. Taylor, the owner was on the phone immediately and had a tech scheduled to come the afternoon since we didn't have hot water. When we ended up fixing the problem ourselves before they came over Taylor understood and couldn't be nicer about canceling. They will be our first call next time we have a plumbing need based on this experience.

Fast and effective service! Fit us in within a few hours for an emergency. Would highly recommend.

I cannot remember the last time I rated anyone one star but this company deserves it.

I have been plagued with a bathroom fixture issue for months and really needed help finding a solution.

I didn't read enough of the reviews and if I had I wouldn't have used this company. This owner is more worried about his own time and charging you for it rather than focused on his customer and getting the problem solved.

After being desperate and calling everyone Taylor, the owner, kept talking about his $189
Consultation fee and when it was good for him to come to my house but clearly wanted the money before agreeing to come.

Similar experience when he arrived after taking a fast peek going into the fact it would cost another $500 for him to investigate a solution. The whole thing was a waste of time. Also, per the other review, he showed up all dressy dress...was odd. Not the right person to be in the service industry. Try calling someone else.

I would highly recommend Taylor and his team. They were able to fix a problem with my shower. I am thankful for their expertise and professionalism. Taylor answered all my questions and provided me with a video of the work done.

Taylor is honest, reliable, and easy to communicate with. He and his team have excellent skills and did a great job for me. They are a pleasure to deal with and provide great value. Highly recommended!

This is THE BEST plumbing company I've used. My water heater stopped working, and after many tries to get the pilot lit, I called Petersen plumbing. They were able to give me a time later in the afternoon and were able to accommodate a specific time request I had.

When they arrived, I told them that I thought it was the thermocouple, as I had replaced one before, and it seemed to be the same issue. They could have easily charged me for a new thermocoupler. However, they were able to get the pilot lit themselves (I must have not primed the gas enough?).

Not only did they not charge me for a part that I didn't need, but they didn't even charge me for the trip, since they hadn't quoted me a trip fee before they arrived. It's so nice to have a plumber I can trust!

Overcharged and did nothing to try to fix the issue. The "plumber" was dressed like he was going to dinner. He even suggested he should come back the next day to remove sheet rock for some unknown reasons. The next plumber we called was able to resolve the issue in about 10 minutes. Would not use them again.

After an unprofessional and ultimately unsettling experience with Taylor Petersen (TP) of Petersen Plumbing Services, if it were possible to leave 0 stars I would.

We had the need for a leak to be repaired. There are other issues but the leak was imperative.

I had been really pleased with the previous service done by a plumber named Duncan who is apparently no longer with the company. After paying the 189.00 on my credit card for the first visit (previously the amount was credited to the job. That did not happen in this case), TP and his employee showed up to assess the situation. TP took it upon himself to check all over the property and took pictures. Fine, the repairs will need to be done eventually. The leak was still the focus. TP mentioned that for the cost of an 8 hour day everything could get fixed.

I was very transparent that there was not a lot of money available at the time. TP agreed to keep a running daily total to help keep an eye on costs. He did not say that I was expected to pay on a daily basis. If the costs were going to be large he would need to explain to my client why and what was being done for the money and funds would be arranged for. My client is currently overseas and is 16 hours ahead. He is available by WhatsApp and text. This is how we handled one of the first repairs and it worked out fine.

Before TP's employee, Ben, arrived at 8:30 am, I had already called and asked TP for an estimate or to see if he had spoken to my client. I got no response. His employee looked at the job and proceeded to order then drive around for five and half hours getting parts. Paying for shopping was never discussed or agreed upon. I have no problem paying for travel time. I was also advised that more parts had to be picked up the next day. So, more shopping at 249 an hour.

The job was not started and I was not given a copy of the new "contract" that was used to charge me. I advised Ben at the end of the day that I did not want to pay for shopping and that I did not have another 2000 to shell out for this type of activity. My original conversation with TP was witnessed and it was confirmed that I had been very clear about the money, who to contact, etc..
I said I needed to speak with TP before anything else was done. When I spoke with TP, I stated that if he could explain his charges to my client then we could proceed but I would not be using my company money to pay for any further work. TP refused to drop the amount and insisted that shopping was labor. He made it clear he would not work with me on the price. I was disgusted but knew he could charge me anyway because he had the card numbers. I felt bullied into paying the 2000.00.

I asked that TP not charge my credit card but charge the new debit card that I had given Ben. Unfortunately, my bank exercised its restraint against fraud on my account. Through no fault of my own it took two long phone calls with lots of hold time to get the payment cleared. TP ordered his employee to come back and strongarm me until he got paid. He refused to accept a credit card that was not issued by my bank. The payment was successful at 6pm.

Once again, I left it to TP and my client to determine if they would continue. I did not hear from either of them but TP had advised they would not be moving forward until funds were available (DUH, kinda been saying that the whole time) At 2pm the next day, after being paid, TP took it upon himself to contact the realtor (on vacation in Italy, no less). It was 11pm her time and she got a text which I wish I could share. Then TP called her and would not let her get off the phone. He scared her so much she would like to get a restraining order against TP before she returns. Since he had already been paid there was no reason to bother her. She does not have anything to do with repairs. She was certainly not going to get him in touch with the owner.

His employee has left parts at the property. We are happy to return them if TP makes the acceptable arrangements since no one is at the property full time. His erratic and unprofessional behavior has made it clear that extra precautions will have to be made in dealing with him or his employee.

The level of anger and aggressive treatment of the realtor and myself was uncalled for. Taylor Petersen did not contact the correct person and harassed the realtor. I have no idea why.

We will never use their services again and strongly suggest that no one else does either.

I want to recommend to anyone if you need to call a plumber to contact Petersen Plumbing Services. They are the best company we have ever used. Our plumbing backed up on a Saturday morning and they came out right away to our home and solved the problem immediately. Dustin and his team Jay and John came back on Monday to help us with other repairs needed. They went above and beyond for us. They treated us as if we were family.
