Hyder went above and beyond to help me fix my phone issue. He even let me watch while he worked because I was interested in seeing the inside of an iPhone. He took his time to answer my questions and explained everything to me, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend coming to Phone Hut as they will give you great customer service.

Had a screen on my smartphone replaced here. Customer service was excellent and my screen was replaced in a matter of minutes. The location is nestled in a micro shopping center a couple of suites down from the Grocery Outlet. Very clean and organized. The price was a plus and saved me $$$. I highly recommend this business

Chris T.Santa Clara, CA01421Feb 21, 2024YIKES, this likely is the worst cell phone repair shop I've ever visited in California. First of all, its in a real bad area of San Jose. When I walked in, I knew I should have walked straight out of the door, sketchy area, and no customers anywhere to be found in sight. I brought in my iPhone 11 Pro to be repaired and I should not have done this, but I actually trusted the technician for some reason, even though it was against my better judgement. They replaced the LCD for me and now the aftermarket one they installed is just junk and low quality as others have mentioned here on Yelp. They use cheap quality parts and trust me, it shows. Plus, the installation of the LCD was the worst I ever seen.
Just do yourself a favor and avoid these folks at all costs. You will be much happier elsewhere. Also, the warranty they offer is worthless, they don't honor it.Helpful 4Thanks 3Love this 2Oh no 4

The other hand, most recent experience after me calling to request to have the same exact repair done on the same exact iPhone and being quoted a price, slightly higher than the original first time I paid. I agreed. when I arrived to pick up my device with the exact amount of money that was quoted to me, the guy tried to raise the price on me $70 additional dollars, not to mention that I came the day before during business hours, and he was not there. When I arrived today, he asked me to sit in the lobby while he was having a meeting with his boss on speakerphone, and his boss telling him do not say aftermarket! say premium! very professional aside from raising the price on me do not go here! Prices are subject to change

They ordered the parts, we waited for it to arrive, I dropped my phone off, and within one hour, got the phone back and it works perfectly fine!

Dec 1, 2020Previous reviewThese guys are the best man. I cracked my phone screen while working out and it made the touch system inoperable so I took it down to these guys and they replaced the screen AND restored the touch system. Works just like right before I cracked the screen!

I was hoping to meet you here !
The laptop was never “MINT” ,
You bought us in that condition ,
And you asked us to just repair the screen when we explicitly said you that the hinge couldnt be repaired !
We asked you not to close the laptop and just use it as a external connect device !
Normally we wouldnt do this kind of repairs , but thank you for letting us realise that we were wrong !
We hope you have a amazing day , and we are sorry if you really believe we have messed up your “MINT” laptop !

The customer service at Phonehut was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and accomodating and now my phone works perfectly ! Also, I was delighted at the quote Adil gave me for the repair . I expected it to me much higher.

The amount charged was exactly as quoted. My phone was fixed super quickly, and the fix has lasted. Will definitely be using them again if (knock on wood) I need to.
