Very helpful and gave me a discount on my services of replacing the back of the phone and the battery. Would highly recommend if you need your phone repaired

My phone wasn't charging. Got quotes from multiple businesses for $280 to $300. This business said $80 for a new charging port but bring in the phone because the port might just need to be cleaned out. I brought the phone in and sure enough that is all it was. Cost $20. Really friendly and honest tech.

Highly recommand. My iPhone screen is dim at all time. I got the screen and proximity sensor replaced on the iPhone.
He looked at the phone and know right away there was water damage and the sensors are done. He KNOWs the face ID is not working either! proximity replacement would solve the problem. However, he found the screen will be at risk of water damage if not replaced and showed me where.
Very experienced guy.

After being fooled around by (U&I Phone repair) which I been going for about 4 times, the last experience I have was a nightmare.
U&I Phone Repair said charging port issues not the battery they installed on my IPhone.

So after quick thinking I went to find for a second opinion and in the process I found the shop Phone Repair Pros.

At Phone Repair Pros I met Mr.Isaiah which I mistakenly thought was Indian, he is very professional and very friendly customer service is amazing.
I explained to them my issues with my phone which was the battery.
He then put a temporary use battery on my phone cause at the time he does not have a new one on stock.
Which took 10 Minutes.

The next day I returned and he installed a brand new battery on my Phone took about less than 20 Minutes.
and significantly cheaper compared to U&I Phone Repair.

My biggest regret is not finding the Phone Repair Pros first.
I wish I have known this place in the beginning.

I highly recommend Phone Repair Pros they are the real Pros and Customer Service is amazing the price is fair.
This would be my go to shop for any phone issues.
I give it 5 Stars.

Stay away from (U&I Phone Repair) they are high price and scammers when it comes to warranty.

If I could give Isaias a MILLION-star review, I would do so.
We had heard from others who used Phone Repair Pros
and were left VERY pleased with their services. Isaias is great! I had an old, broken cell phone that wouldn't power up, and I wanted to get the contacts, pictures and other stuff from the phone because the iCloud backup didn't work. The phone itself had been migrated to a new phone. My friend with me said Isaias put a new battery into her iPhone 8. He also cleaned the battery port. I can't say enough good things about this shop! Another customer in the shop needed their iPhone screen fixed and had it done the same day.

I recently broke the entire back part of my cell phone and found Phone Repair Pro's in Castro Valley. My phone was fixed very quickly and they even gave me a free screen protector! I highly recommend Phone Repair Pro's in Castro Valley for any Iphone repair needs.

They don't repair MP3 players, but they do all things cell phone, and are genuinely nice people.

Called and ask for a quote, dropped phone off and was ready the next day after finding out the charging port on the phone was broken.

Fast and professional, these guys did a good job and fixed some other issues the last screen repair place I went to caused!

My iPhone 13 Pro screen was dying and Apple support was unavailable. I reached out to several shops and phone repair pros was the only one that actually gave me a call.

Isaiah(I think that's what his name was) was quick, responsive and informative. Walked me through each step of the troubleshooting process and kept me updated.

Although the total cost was more than I was prepared for, that's more of apples fault not the shop, my screen was fixed and my phone was restored.

So far so good, if anything changes I'll updated this review.
